The Space:

Located in the heart of Orange Beach, this completely updated condo is steps from the sand and offers gorgeous views of the Ole River and the Gulf of Mexico! This family-oriented community provides access to a shared pool and grilling area. Dine alfresco on your private balcony, which offers views of the Gulf of Mexico on one side, and overlooks the expansive Ole River on the other. Watch the boats glide along the river, look out for dolphins, and catch lovely sunsets. You're within walking distance of great food and live music at Flora-Bama. Take a short drive to fun-filled amusement parks, shops, and restaurants. Gulf State Pier Park offers a scenic spot for fishing and people-watching, and you'll find miles of hiking trails, diverse ecosystems, and pristine beaches at Big Lagoon State Park and Gulf State Park. Drive 15 miles to spend the day at the entertainment-packed OWA amusement park. Or head less than five miles to Adventure Island for go-karts, rides, and laser tag.



Enjoy chit-chat and cocktails in an open living area with hardwood floors and comfy seating, including a sofa bed. Play cards around the coffee table, or watch a movie on the TV. Prepare meals in a well-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances. Sip coffee and make day plans at the breakfast bar. The main bedroom has balcony access, so you can step straight out to enjoy the sun and views. The en suite bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and both bedrooms have TVs.

The condo was clean & well equipped with plenty of space for our family of 5. We loved sitting out on the balcony & spending time in the pool! The other guests/owners were all very friendly, and the condo is perfectly located for easy access to the beach & restaurants. The door lock was more difficult than most, but overall a wonderful unit! Thank you!

Love this place

Very nice place. It’s just as advertised. Nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need. The views from the porch are so relaxing. Being able to see the Gulf and the river is unique. Close to many restaurants is a plus.

winter getaway

the location is good as it is located within easy access to orange beach and gulf shores. the appliances all work but are old and noisy. the price is good.

Love Location!

Everything was nice! Only had trouble with getting parking pass and boat slip! Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Motorcycle Stay

This condo was perfect for two couples traveling through on motorcycles. The interior decorations were beautiful, along with the view from the back deck. Only upgrade it needs is a set of beach towels since we don't travel with any towels on a motorcycle.
