PARKING

One secure underground car space is included with your stay (free of charge). Please note the maximum vehicle clearance is 2.2m.



The Neighborhood:

Located in one of Surfers Paradise's most walkable beachside pockets close enough to everything, quiet enough to actually unwind.



Northcliffe Surf Life Saving Club is three minutes on foot. It's a local favourite, patrolled swimming, a relaxed kiosk, and oceanfront dining that draws Gold Coast locals, not just tourists. The beach in front of Northcliffe is consistently less crowded than the main Surfers Paradise strip.



For food and drink, you're spoilt. The surf club does a great breakfast. Cavill Avenue is an easy stroll for everything from casual bites to rooftop bars. For something worth the short trip, Rick Shores at Burleigh is one of the best restaurants on the Gold Coast.



The G:link tram stop is 100 metres from the front door. One stop north takes you into central Surfers Paradise. Head south and you're at Broadbeach, Pacific Fair, and The Star without touching a car. It's genuinely useful not just for tourists.



For essentials: IGA is a short walk. Coles Surfers Paradise is close. A bottle shop is nearby. Everything you need is within easy reach without the noise of being right on the strip.



Getting Around:

• Northcliffe tram stop: ~100m walk connects you to Broadbeach, Pacific Fair, the casino & beyond

• Cavill Avenue light rail: a short stroll for the heart of Surfers Paradise

• Taxi and rideshare pickup is easy from the building

• Free secure parking included, ideal if you're driving

This does not affect the apartment, building amenities, or beach access in any way but worth knowing if you're a light sleeper or planning to work from the property during the day.
