Ideally located opposite Surfers Paradise Beach and a 10-minute walk from the bars, restaurants and shops lining Cavill Avenue, this recently updated stay provides comfortable, carefree living at the heart of the action. Make use of air-conditioning, laundry facilities and parking, plus a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious balcony where you can enjoy an alfresco wine with ocean views. For a refreshing dip, youâll have a choice of the beach or a shared pool area complete with sun loungers.
An air-conditioned, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area offers a welcoming space to relax after a day of fun in the sun. Head home from the beach and take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen, where youâll find all you need to cook a delicious lunch and a six-seater table to share meals.
A generous sofa and TV invite you to settle in with some Netflix in air-conditioned comfort while floor-to-ceiling glass doors capture sparkling ocean views, opening out to your private balcony. Kick back with a glass of wine at sunset, or sip your coffee alfresco at the two-person setting while you enjoy the morning sun and a cooling ocean breeze.
Two bedrooms sleep six guests, with the first bedroom offering a queen-size bed while the second includes two queen beds, making it ideal for a family getaway. Both bedrooms have side tables and reading lamps, ceiling fans, and direct access to the balcony. The modern bathroom is immaculately appointed with a walk-in shower, vanity and complimentary toiletries, while a laundry space includes a washing machine and dryer.
Added conveniences include WiFi and secure parking for one car. You can also make use of the buildingâs shared pool area and unwind on the sun loungers.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves, as well as access to the building's shared facilities including a pool. Please make yourselves at home!
Stroll across the road for a swim at the patrolled Surfers Paradise Beach before enjoying brunch at a nearby cafe. The popular shopping and dining precincts Cavill Mall and Cavill Avenue are a 10-minute walk, offering a wide range of indoor and outdoor eateries and takeaway options. Take advantage of a secure parking space and visit local attractions including Home of the Arts (HOTA), Sky Point Climb and theme parks Dreamworld, Warner Bros. Movie World, and Sea World.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
Security cameras are operational and located in all shared areas, including the front reception, corridors on every floor, parking garage, and pool area.
Guests will need to collect a building access fob from the local convenience store - approximately a four-minute walk from the apartment. Instructions will be given prior to check-in.
We are passionate about sustainability and remaining kind to our environment, therefore we do our very best to provide guest amenities and products that are reusable and refillable and avoid single use packaging as much as possible. We have provided enough amenities for your comfort on arrival.
