Sunbird is a family focused secure, gated community with 24/7/365 security on site for your peace of mind. A 2 night minimum stay is required. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed per the Association Rules. No smoking or vaping inside condo.
Guest Registration is paid to Sunbird directly through their Park N Spot System and is not included in your reservation. Parking is limited to one space per condo. All vehicles must be registered. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing or booting without notice.
