The Space:

Villa Serenidad is a spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom private retreat in the beautiful beach town of Rincón, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Nestled in the peaceful Puntas neighborhood, this two-level villa combines tropical serenity, ocean views, and modern comfort, creating the perfect escape for families and groups looking to unwind near some of Puerto Rico’s most stunning beaches and surf spots.



Surrounded by lush greenery and designed to embrace indoor-outdoor living, the villa features expansive terraces, bright open spaces, and a private pool overlooking the tropical landscape and coastline. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee with ocean breezes, spending the day poolside, or relaxing after a beach day, Villa Serenidad offers the ideal setting for a memorable island getaway.

Please note that the lower level of the property is a completely separate private studio occupied by a long-term resident. This area does not have interior access to the main house or guest spaces, ensuring privacy for both guests and the resident. The resident does not have access to the pool or any of the outdoor amenities reserved exclusively for Villa Serenidad guests.

Upon entering Villa Serenidad, you are welcomed by a bright and airy open-concept living space filled with natural light from large surrounding windows. The warm wood accents, tropical-inspired ceilings, and comfortable furnishings create a relaxed yet elevated atmosphere throughout the home.



The living area features plush seating and a flat-screen TV, providing a cozy space to relax after a day exploring Rincón. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, perfectly positioned to enjoy the lush tropical surroundings visible through the oversized windows.



The villa’s thoughtful layout allows for seamless indoor-outdoor living, with easy access to the terrace and pool area from the main level.





KITCHEN



The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for a comfortable extended stay. Featuring modern appliances, spacious countertops, and a central island with seating, the kitchen is both functional and inviting for gathering and preparing meals together.



It comes stocked with cookware, utensils, and essential appliances including a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more to make cooking during your stay effortless.





SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS



Villa Serenidad features 4 comfortable bedrooms spread across two levels, offering privacy and flexibility for larger groups.



First Floor:



- Bedroom 1: One queen bed

- Bedroom 2: Two queen beds



Second Floor:



- Master Bedroom: One king bed with en-suite bathroom

- Bedroom 4: One queen bed with private bathroom



Each bedroom includes its own air-conditioning unit for personalized comfort.



PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY): We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.





ADDITIONAL DETAILS



The first floor includes the kitchen, living room, laundry room, two bedrooms, one full bathroom, one half bathroom, and direct access to the outdoor pool area. Upstairs, guests will find a quiet library space, the master suite, and an additional bedroom with its own bathroom.



The villa also includes a backup generator for added peace of mind during your stay.





POOL AREA AND OCEAN VIEWS



Villa Serenidad features a private pool surrounded by lush tropical greenery and beautiful ocean views. The outdoor area also includes a gas BBQ, making it the perfect space to relax, enjoy the ocean breeze, and gather with family and friends in the peaceful atmosphere of Rincón.



PLEASE DO NOTE THAT THE POOL IS NOT HEATED. The warm Caribbean weather naturally keeps the water enjoyable year-round.





GETTING AROUND & PARKING



This property is located in Rincón and you will need a car to explore the island and all the amazing beaches - Domes, María, Sandy, and Tres Palmas are all located within a short 5-10 minute drive from Villa Serenidad.



Villa Serenidad has outdoor parking space for up to four (4) vehicles.





LOCATION



Villa Serenidad is located in Bo. Puntas, one of Rincón’s most sought-after areas, known for its laid-back surf culture, beautiful beaches, and incredible sunsets. Guests will be just a short drive from popular beaches, local restaurants, cafés, and outdoor activities while still enjoying the privacy and tranquility of this tropical retreat.



Rincón is a mecca for surfers of all levels, with beaches like María's, Sandy, Tres Palmas, and Domes offering fantastic waves. Domes Beach hosts an annual international surfing competition and various beach festivals. Beginners can take lessons at local surf schools - there's one at Sandy at another one at María's Beach.



Beyond surfing, Rincón offers plenty of water activities. Explore the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve, known for its beautiful corals and diverse marine life, ideal for snorkeling. In winter, you might even spot humpback whales.
