Welcome to your perfect Cape Cod escape! This incredible pond front retreat in the Village of Centerville offers the ultimate combination of relaxation, fun, and breathtaking scenery. Set directly on crystal clear Long Pond, this home truly feels like an outside sanctuary with something for everyone. From kayaking, canoeing and swimming, to relaxing in the hammock . There's even a sauna to enjoy after a long day on the pond.

As you enter the home, you’ll immediately be taken back by the stunning water views. With windows surrounding the back of the home, it feels as though you are completely surrounded by water — and you are! The open concept living and dining area is the perfect gathering space for family and friends. Relax on the comfortable seating while watching your favorite shows on the large TV, enjoy board games together, or gather around the large dining table for meals overlooking gorgeous Long Pond.

Just off the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen featuring everything you’ll need during your stay, including a small dining table perfect for quick breakfasts or morning coffee before heading out for the day.
Down the hall, you’ll find the newly renovated half bath as well as the spacious first floor primary suite. This inviting bedroom features a queen size bed, large bureau, walk-in closet, and a beautifully remodeled en-suite bathroom with a stand-alone shower.

Head upstairs where you’ll find two additional spacious bedrooms, both decorated in soft coastal pastels creating the perfect summer getaway vibe. The second bedroom offers breathtaking direct pond front views through the large picture window and features a queen size bed along with one twin bed, comfortably sleeping three guests. A shared full bathroom with tub/shower combo is located just outside in the hallway.
The third bedroom is incredibly spacious and perfect for kids or additional guests, featuring three twin beds, a TV, and plenty of room to spread out.

The fun continues in the walkout lower level where you’ll find a fantastic game room complete with a pool table and ping pong table, making it the perfect evening hangout spot after a day at the beach or on the pond.

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
