Please check the opening hours for your home’s key collection location. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, we can arrange access via a key lockbox for your convenience. Please note there is a $50 fee to set this up.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at home. Therefore, unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and leave the house quickly. We can be contacted via the booking platform at any time during your stay, and we will provide our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.

Paid, secure off-street parking is available just two doors down from the building at Care Park, 9 Yarra Street, South Yarra.
The car park is a short walk from the property and offers convenient access via Yarra Street. It has a height clearance of approximately 2.2 metres and accommodates around 100 vehicles.
The facility operates via an Autopay system and accepts only credit card and Tap & Go payments. Opening hours are generally 6:30 am – 8:00 pm on weekdays, until 11:00 pm on Fridays, and 7:00 pm on weekends.
Casual parking rates and operating hours may change, so we recommend checking directly with Care Park prior to arrival. For enquiries, please contact Care Park.
