Florence Five at 5 / 53 Nimmo Street, Middle Park is located at the rear of Florence Court, a unique, heritage protected, late 1930âs Art Deco apartment block located in Middle Park. It was designed by acclaimed mid-century architect Esmond Dorney.
Middle Park is a highly desirable inner city bay side suburb. At one end on
Nimmo Street is Middle Park beach and at the other is Melbourne's premier park, Albert Park with its stunning lake and home of the Australian Grand Prix.
Florence Five, is a fully self-contained apartment with its own access located at the rear of the property. With a private entrance off a charming blue-stone lane way that runs of Neville Street.
