This is a peaceful residential area. Strictly no parties, gatherings, or loud activities. A $2000 penalty applies for violations.

★ NO SMOKING INDOORS ★
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If needed, please step outside and dispose of waste responsibly.

★ QUIET HOURS: 10PM – 8AM ★
Please be respectful of neighbours and avoid loud noise during these hours.

Linen and towels are provided based on the number of guests in your booking. Extra sets are available with fees if requested at least 24 hours before check-in.
