Epiphany Estate is the Hunter Valleyâs favourite accommodation offering in Branxton, just 2 hours north of Sydney and forty-minute drive from Newcastle airport.
20min to Pokolbin and surrounded by wineries, Epiphany Estate offers the perfect combination of a country retreat and winery getaway, with access to everything the Hunter Valley is loved for. Set on 3 acres of park-like grounds with a saltwater pool and two spas, it is the ideal spot for a getaway with family and friends.
The space
Welcome to your home away from home!
The House is a handcrafted colonial homestead, with wrap around verandas sitting on over 3 acres of lush grounds. Epiphany Estate accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 luxurious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a beautiful living and dining area, gym/office, outdoor bath, chefâs kitchen along with extensive outdoor entertaining areas overlooking the pool and two spas.
Epiphany Estate will easily become your favorite midweek and weekend holiday destination, itâs also the perfect location to host small corporate off-sites and retreats.
Purposely designed and decorated to encourage rest and relaxation, you will enjoy a park like garden, with indoor and outdoor living for both formal and informal occasions. The outdoor areas include your own duck pond (complete with a family of ducks), private outdoor claw-foot tub, saltwater pool, and two spas, which are perfect for relaxing in after a day's wine tasting.
The house has air-conditioning and fans throughout to keep you cool in summer and in winter, you can enjoy a delicious Hunter red in front of the beautiful fire.
Offering indoor and outdoor dining options for up to 8 people, the open plan chefâs kitchen, gas oven, and double fridge (with ice and endless sparkling water) provide everything you will need to prepare gourmet meals. The large gas Matador BBQ is perfect for cooking up a casual poolside lunch or dinner.
The expansive grounds provide the perfect city escape, between visiting vineyards you can spend time in the hammock reading a book, toasting marshmallows on the fire, or playing a game of cricket with family and friends.
And after all that activity, your nightsâ sleep will be one of the best with premium queen beds in every room and cotton linen.
The house also includes a multipurpose room that combines a gym and home office set up. Separate from the main living areas of the house, it provides a quiet and private space for anyone wanting to work remotely or work up a sweat.

Midweek - minimum 2 nights, 8 guests from $1200 per night (Monday-Thursday)
Please note if Sunday check in then an additional $400 weekend cleaning charge will be applied to your booking.
The house has a no party policy, including bachelor and bachelorette parties.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $2000 is required for your stay.
