The condo boasts premium plantation shutters and plank flooring, 2 hypo-allergenic king beds and pillows, a 75" theater screen TV with high-quality sound system in the living area with access to most streaming channels, 2 different high-speed internet lines - one for gaming, one for office work, and plentiful charging stations for computers, phones, etc.

Experience the perfect coastal getaway in this beautiful vacation rental.  There are 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, open living plan interior and outdoor living space on the expansive oceanfront, 5th floor balcony.  It is the perfect setting for entertaining and relaxing with friends and family. For additional sleeping, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

The kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and there is a washer/dryer inside the condo.  This unit has a reserved, covered parking space under the building, and an elevator to take you to the 5th floor.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
