Two king beds, a bunkbed with 2 full-sized beds and 2 full sized pullout beds with one in each living room. Home has 2 full kitchens making it a great opportunity for an extended family or family share. Premium comfortable furnishings, bedding, linens and towels. Central west side Vancouver location in a safe family oriented neighbourhood close to downtown and city beaches.

House has a small self contained backyard. A public city run pool with large hot tub is located one block away. City beaches are a 10 min drive. UBC is a 10 min drive. Airport is a 20-25 min drive. Public transit is one block away with easy access to downtown and city stadiums. This is a good location for young families with school playgrounds across street. There is a large public park, Pacific Spirit Park, with acres of peaceful forested trails a 10 min walk away. Corner store for essentials less than 2 minute walk away and restaurants, coffee shops and other shops are 5 min walk away. House and kitchens are stocked with essentials for your stay - spices, coffee, tea, dishes, kitchen accessories, toiletries, hair dryer, bathroom supplies like soap, shampoo, etc. ing for 2 cars off the rear alley is available if required. Smart screen TVs (65 and 58 inch) in each living room with cable and including sports channels. Full laundry facilities are on premises with washer/dryer and ample supply of scent free detergent, an ironing board and iron.
