The Space:

Nestled in the leafy surrounds of Colonades Units, this charming Mediterranean-inspired villa spans two light-filled levels with a private entrance and dedicated undercover parking. Inside, the breezy open-plan living area welcomes you with soft coastal tones and glimpses of the ocean, creating a calming retreat. Glass doors open directly onto a sun-drenched balcony—perfect for alfresco dining, morning coffee, or whale watching season.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, cookware, and utensils, and flows effortlessly into a generous dining area ideal for gathering and sharing meals. Just outside, a BBQ invites you to make the most of the fresh sea air and outdoor living.



The villa offers three thoughtfully designed bedrooms—two with queen beds, one featuring a private ensuite with a shower. The third bedroom includes two comfortable single beds, ideal for families or friends travelling together. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for year-round comfort, with ceiling fans in the queen rooms for added airflow. In addition to the ensuite, a second bathroom includes a shower and a conveniently integrated laundry area.

Guest Access:

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy. Only the pool is shared.

There is a carport provided for one car; additional cars have access to unlimited street parking.



The Neighborhood:

Sunshine Beach is a relaxed coastal village known for its natural beauty and laid-back charm. A two-minute stroll down the street to enjoy the Sunshine village eateries, the Sunshine Beach surf club, and the patrolled beach. Head north to explore the Noosa National Park and Alexandria Bay, with scenic coastal walks leading all the way to Hastings Street, Noosa. The patrolled beach is perfect for swimming, while nearby Noosa National Park offers spectacular coastal trails and hidden beaches. Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach are just a short drive or scenic walk away.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must comply with the Local Council code of conduct, and the general house rules.



We strictly do not accept ‘Schoolies’ or similar groups. Please don’t request a booking if you traveling for Schoolies or other events.
