Sleeping up to 6 guests, it’s the ideal beachside escape for families or friends looking to relax, entertain, and soak up the Sunrise Beach lifestyle. Enjoy effortless indoor-outdoor living with a large balcony, shared pool access, and the beach less than a minute’s walk away.



The Space:

Located on the ground floor of a boutique complex, this light-filled apartment has been thoughtfully renovated to deliver a relaxed yet elevated coastal experience. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area flows seamlessly onto a spacious balcony where you can take in sweeping ocean views, enjoy your morning coffee, or fire up the BBQ for an easy alfresco dinner.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, including a Lavazza coffee machine and filtered water system, making meal preparation simple and enjoyable. Inside, a 6-seater dining table provides the perfect space to gather, while the comfortable living area offers a welcoming place to unwind.



The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across three beautifully styled queen bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms open directly onto a private courtyard, creating a peaceful retreat and additional outdoor space to relax. For year-round comfort, the apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout and includes a private laundry for added convenience.



Guests can also enjoy access to the shared pool, located directly adjacent to the apartment and easily accessed via patio doors from two bedrooms. As it is rarely busy, it often feels like your own private pool, though some occasional noise may be heard due to its proximity.



Bedroom 1 (Master): Features a comfortable queen bed, ceiling fan, built-in wardrobe, and direct access to the private courtyard, creating a peaceful retreat.



Bedroom 2: Includes a queen bed, ceiling fan, wardrobe, and sliding door access to the courtyard for added natural light and indoor-outdoor flow.



Bedroom 3: Offers a queen bed, ceiling fan, and wardrobe, styled for comfort and relaxation.



Bathroom 1 (Ensuite/Main): Modern bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet.



Bathroom 2: Includes a full-size bath, separate shower, vanity, and toilet — perfect for families with kids.



Laundry: Private in-apartment laundry equipped with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.



Important note:

From 19 May – 21 June, repairs will be carried out on the building’s balcony awning. Noisy works are limited to Monday–Friday, 8am–3pm. Discounted rates have been applied during this period.

Sunshine Beach is a 15-minute walk along the beach or paved walkway, and Noosa’s popular Main Beach is a 5-minute drive.

It is best to have a car to get around.

Two bus stops can be found within a few minutes walk, taxi and Uber's are widely available.



Other Things to Note:

*Guests must comply with local council regulations and house rules

*Pool is shared and located close to the apartment, so some noise may occasionally be heard
