Inside, the well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dual lounge areas (upstairs and down) offers plenty of space to relax after a day in the sun.



Step out the back gate onto a large grassy park—perfect for kicking a footy or soccer ball. A walking path leads directly to the beach, mere moments away, with no roads to cross! Less than 100m in the other direction is a shaded children’s playground, and the flagged, patrolled beach is an easy stroll With cafés just 300m away, the Marcoola Surf Club (500m), and an IGA, bottle shop, butcher, and pharmacy just over 1km, everything you need is within walking distance. Flying in? Sunshine Coast Airport is only 6km away.



Keen to get active? Enjoy a jog or walk along the tree-lined path just behind the dunes—peaceful, shaded, and steps from the beach. Or head to nearby Mount Coolum for a rewarding climb and sweeping views over the coastline and hinterland.



Please note: The house is located at the rear of a shared residential block, with a completely separate unit at the front. The holiday home is private, with its own entrance, courtyard, pool, and internal-access garage. Guests have exclusive use of all listed amenities.
