Experience open-plan living in this stylishly furnished space equipped with modern comforts including air conditioning, unlimited free WiFi, and a smart TV with Netflix. Enjoy the added luxury of a Sonos Bluetooth speaker for playing soothing background music. This comfortable single level space conveniently extends seamlessly into your private, inviting courtyard, perfect for serene relaxation.
Please note: The stairway is locked and leads to the owner's designated restricted storage area. Guest access is strictly prohibited.

The space is outfitted with comfortable outdoor furniture and a BBQ, perfect for savouring a glass of wine or enjoying light snacks. Includes a single lock-up garage for a small vehicle, supplemented by ample street parking.

Enjoy the quiet of Noosa Parade, with easy access to the best of Noosa shops, restaurants and the beach. It’s the ideal spot for river adventures or beach relaxation. Everything you need for a memorable stay is within a leisurely walk or just a short stroll away.
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that you review the following important information before booking.

✔️ It is important for us to verify who is staying in our property. This information is essential for security reasons and is required by our on-site complex management.
✔️Our townhouse is designed to offer a comfortable retreat for up to 4 adult guests only.
Note: The townhouse isn’t childproof and it’s not set up or suitable for toddlers or children. For this reason, it is best suited for adult guests seeking a peaceful and relaxing stay.
We take pride in maintaining a peaceful environment for both our guests and our neighbours. Therefore, we strictly enforce our house rules to ensure a safe and respectful stay.

👤 Guest & Booking Policy
✔️ The booking must be made by the actual guest(s) staying.
✔️ Maximum 4 adult guests only.
✔️ The townhouse isn’t childproof and it’s not set up or suitable for toddlers or children.
✔️ The number of registered guests staying must match the reservation.
Note: Unregistered or unauthorised overnight guests will incur a penalty fee of $110 per person per night.
⏰ Check-in & Check-out
✔️ Check-in: 2:00 PM (QLD time)
✔️ Check-out: 11:00 AM (QLD time)
✔️ Please respect check-in and check-out times.
🔇 Noise & Consideration for Others
✔️ Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (as per QLD noise regulations).
✔️ Guests must respect the peace and comfort of neighbors.
❌ Disruptions may result in Stayz intervention or early termination of the stay without refund.
🚫 No Parties, Schoolies, or Illegal Activities
❌ No schoolies, parties, or events.
❌ No illegal substances or activities are allowed on the premises.
❌ Violation of these rules may result in Airbnb and complex management intervention, which could lead to early termination of the stay without refund.
🚫 No Pets
❌ No pets are allowed.
Bringing a pet onto the property is a breach of the booking terms. If a pet is found to have been brought without approval, a penalty fee of $150 per pet per night will apply, and the booking may be subject to cancellation without refund.
🧹✨ Care & Cleanliness
❌ No smoking or vaping inside or within property boundaries.
❌ No food or drinks in bedrooms to avoid stains.
❌ No excessive dirt or sand.
To help keep the townhouse comfortable and in good condition, guests are asked to please rinse off beach sand and shake out towels, clothing, and beach items before entering the property.
Excessive mess or dirt (e.g., dirty dishes, food crumbs, spills, excessive beach sand, soiled carpets, or stains) may result in additional cleaning charges.
🏊 Pool & Common Areas
✔️ Pool hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (strictly enforced).
❌ No alcohol, food, or glass permitted in the complex communal pool area.
❌ Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
🚗 Garage & Parking
✔️ Garage accommodates a small car only.
✔️ Only one garage remote is provided.
✔️ Free street parking is available for larger vehicles.
❌ No parking in the driveway or common areas of the complex.
🚪 Restricted Areas
❌ The stairway leads to a designated restricted area for the owner’s storage. Guest access is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
🛋️ Furniture, Appliances & Damages
✔️ Do not rearrange furniture or decor.
✔️ Use appliances as per instructions and do not leave them unattended.
✔️ Report any damages, malfunctions & stains promptly.
