Welcome to our comfortable 2-bedroom suite in the heart of Lynn Valley, the perfect base for your North Vancouver getaway. Surrounded by nature and located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, this space offers a relaxing place to unwind after a day of exploring nearby trails, biking routes, or the mountains. Enjoy full access to the backyard, ideal for fresh air, morning coffee, or a peaceful evening.

🛏️ Room by Room Description

Primary bedroom: Queen bed with a cozy setup, and closet space for your stay.

Second bedroom: Queen bed with a welcoming feel, perfect for additional guests or family.

The living area features a comfortable lounge space along with a dining table for shared meals or game nights.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, and the suite includes in-unit laundry for added convenience.

You’ll also find a selection of board games and card games, perfect for relaxing nights in after a day of adventure.

🚗 Getting Around

You’re just minutes from Mount Seymour, offering incredible mountain biking in the summer and skiing and snowboarding in the winter.

Nearby, Lynn Canyon Park provides scenic trails, waterfalls, and one of the area’s most popular suspension bridges.

Local shops, cafés, and essentials are close by at Lynn Valley Centre and Park and Tilford Gardens area, while downtown Vancouver and Stanley Park are about a 25-minute drive away, giving you the perfect balance of nature and city access.

Guests have full access to the private ground-level suite, including two bedrooms, a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry—no shared spaces.

🌲Backyard
The outdoor space is reserved for your private use throughout your stay. From time to time, we may briefly pass through to access the garage, and there may be occasional yard maintenance, such as lawn care. Otherwise, the space is entirely yours to enjoy.

🅿️Parking
One designated parking spot is included, plus ample free street parking directly in front of the home.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available depending on our cleaning schedule ($80 fee per request).
We’re happy to accommodate longer stays—just reach out to discuss options.

🐕Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome with prior approval ($60/day per pet).

🔔 As we live upstairs, you may occasionally hear light footsteps during the day. Our toddler is typically at daycare from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, and our baby is very quiet with a gentle temperament. We also have a friendly dog upstairs, who is asleep most of the time. We’re very mindful of noise and aim to keep the space calm and comfortable for your stay.

Guests have full private access to the entire 2-bedroom suite, including both bedrooms, the living area, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and backyard space with a BBQ. Enjoy complete privacy with no shared indoor amenities.

🅿️ Parking

There is one dedicated parking spot available in the back alley, plus additional free street parking right in front of the home for your convenience.

🕒 Early check-in / Late checkout – Can be accommodated based on the availability of our cleaning crew. A typical fee of $80 per request applies to adjust the schedule.

🏡 Longer stays – Happy to discuss options to make your stay more comfortable.

🐾 Pets – Dogs are ok. Unfortunately, cats would not be welcome due to allergies. Service animals are, of course, welcome.

🚗 We also rent a well-maintained, low-mileage, and clean SUV (Jeep Grand Cherokee). Contact us for more details, availability, and a bundle discount!

🔔 You may occasionally hear light footsteps from the owners upstairs.

Access note – There are a few steps down to your private entrance, so guests should be comfortable with stairs.
