Newly exposed Baltic pine floor boards throughout with lots of natural light, the apartment is a beautiful combination of old world character with a lovely bright fresh look and feel.
Apartment Faro is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a few nights, a week or a month including a new fridge, gas cook top and under bench oven, microwave and tv.
Queen size bed with quality linens, hanging and drawer space for your clothes and an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and laundry facilities.
Off street dedicated parking for one vehicle.

You have exclusive use of the entire upstairs apartment plus gated parking for one car. Relax in the large communal courtyard or on your own balcony.

I live close by so can attend quickly in case of an emergency.

South Fremantle has become incredibly popular in the past few years. Lots of quirky shops, beautiful cafes, restaurants and really cool bars. The people are friendly, interesting and arty, the beaches are beautiful and its a perfect base to use for side trips to Rottnest Island. Fremantle is a very walkable city so you will likely park the car and explore on foot.
South Beach is a very short walk away and all of South Fremantle is within a 1km radius of the apartment.

NOISE & RESPECT FOR NEIGHBOURS

– No parties, events or gatherings are permitted at the property.
– No loud music, amplified sound or excessive noise between 7:00pm and 7:00am.
– Please respect neighbours and keep voices down in outdoor areas after 7:00pm.
– Sound travels easily within the complex and neighbouring properties.
– Any complaints regarding excessive noise may result in termination of the booking without refund.

SMOKING

– No smoking or vaping inside the property.
– No smoking or vaping on balconies, stairwells or common areas.
– Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
– Additional cleaning fees may apply where smoking has occurred.

PARKING & VEHICLE ACCESS

– Please drive slowly and carefully within the complex.
– Guests must comply with all parking restrictions and signage.
– Only park in designated guest parking areas where applicable.
– Nomad Nest accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles or contents.

PROPERTY CARE

– Please treat the property, furnishings and linen with care.
– Stained or damaged linen, towels or furnishings may be charged at replacement cost.
– Please report any damage, breakages or maintenance issues during your stay.
– Furniture must not be moved between rooms or taken outside unless approved.
– Please leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.

SECURITY

– Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.
– Lost keys, remotes, access cards or access devices may incur replacement charges.
– Guests are responsible for securing the property during their stay.

OCCUPANCY

– Only registered guests included in the booking may stay at the property.
– Additional guests must be approved by Nomad Nest prior to arrival.
– Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

CHECK-OUT

– Check-out is by the time specified in your booking confirmation.
– Please return all keys, remotes and access devices as instructed.
– Additional charges may apply where excessive cleaning is required.
– Please ensure dishes are washed and rubbish is placed in the appropriate bins before departure.
