À propos de cet hébergement
Historical Self Contained Tiny House (Studio)
Self Contained Studio Cottage (Tiny House) 14m2 with Private Side Access situated at the rear of a beautifully restored 1886 Heritage Listed Victorian Era House sitting on a 300sqm block and centrally located within 5 minute walking distance to Fremantle Central and within the local Art Precinct. French & Tropical Style gardens tastefully restored throughout with a Bali Style Outdoor Private Open Air Shower, Bath Tub and Toilet surrounded by a peaceful garden with a resident Tawny Frogmouth Owl and Brush Tail Possum called *Pete*. Close to popular restaurants, bars, breweries and music festival events, the Swan River and The Beach.
The Space
The Tiny House Studio has Private Access through the front side White Picket Gate and has a Victorian Brass Queen Bed, Kitchenette and Cooking Facilities if you prefer to 'stay in'. Or this property is located within a short walking distance to all that Fremantle has to offer including Public Transport, Train Station, Ferry Terminal to Perth City, the Swan Valley Wineries and the famous Heritage Listed Rottnest Island. Walking distance to local beaches or you may prefer to ride around on rental bikes or scooters.
Guest Access
Guests have access to a Private Outdoor Open Air Bali Style Shower, Bath, Toilet and Lounge area located right next to the Garden Studio in the Summer months. There is also a shared bathroom located in the Main House in Winter.
Whilst there is a self contained kitchenette (fridge, microwave, sink, fully equipped kitchen facilities, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and electric pan for cooking), you can order breakfast to be delivered each morning to the studio or outdoor seating area from the hosts for an additional fee. Choose between a fully cooked Bacon/Eggs breakfast or French Toast, local Artisan Fruit Toast or Fruit and Yoghurt served with coffee/tea and fresh orange juice. We have chickens and a herb garden so we offer complimentary eggs and herbs. Basic food items such as milk, butter, coffee, tea, eggs, cooking oils/spices/sauces are provided in the Tiny House Kitchenette. Alternatively, there are plenty of local quality cafes and restaurants within close walking distance of the property.
We have a Samoyed Husky named Beau who is very quiet and gentle natured.
PLEASE NOTE: The Studio is 'not suited' to those who may be physically challenged as it is a small space with steps up to the Tiny House and high Wrought Iron Bed.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We love the close proximity to the popular Fremantle scene, local restaurants, cafes, good coffee, the nightlife, local pubs, music events, street festivals, clubs, the backpacker vibe, green spaces, all the historical homes, restored buildings, sustainable living and many lovely local green spaces and trees. We love walking Beau down by the river, having coffee at our local cafes and we generally head down to one of our local beach most days for a long hike and swim.
The property is Heritage Listed and one of the original limestone houses built in Fremantle in 1886 so we ask that you take care of this old lady so she can stand for more centuries.
