Studio 3 is a cost effective fully self contained studio apartment in Fremantle with free onsite parking for one car, lift access, keypad entry and free WIFI.

Cook for yourself in the fully functional kitchen where you will find all the crockery, cook ware, cutlery and glassware you need plus a conventional oven and gas cook-top, large fridge/freezer, microwave and a plethora of cupboard space. Complimentary tea and coffee provided.

The comfortable queen bed is beside the sliding door which opens onto a fully fenced courtyard with outdoor seating - ideal for your morning cuppa.

Separate lounge zone with TV, dining setting for two, desk, built in wardrobe and a desk.

The bathroom has a walk in shower and hand-basin together with toilet and accessories.

There is a pay per use laundry on site with modern washing machines and dryers. All linen is provided including towels.

Clean, Comfortable, lost of restaurants and walks close by. Would definetley stay here again. Car part looks a little average, mainly esthetics, overall a good place. A bit of noise from people leaving early, but nothing too dramatic. Good place to stay.

Permanent inbuilt ventilation is installed extracting via the vent in the wall to the outside.

We had stayed before and preferred to ba away from the road

Texts for the non functioning oven lasted several days…… Noisy due to proximity of traffic and neighbors because walls pretty thin. Good position for access Fremantle etc

We were in full communication with Janet as we resolved the oven timer malfunction. The grill function, stove top and microwave were in perfect order and we supplied her with a new bench top oven for the interim.

Property owner was rude and not prepared to make things convenient for us.

Property was good. However, no office on sight, which I wasn't expecting. Maybe that was my lack of experience with travelling.

Unfortunately Donna did not bring her check in information with her and abused both the Vrbo staff and myself when I attended to help her self check in. Donna did not book the correct dates for her stay and was still in the apartment on her dedicated check out day and did not respond to any communication about this. We had to relocate the next guests and reschedule the cleaners.

Ideal for my needs

Alison was very accommodating regarding check-in time. The place was well supplied with almost everything I needed for cooking and generally feeling at home. NB Washing machines require credit cards with Paywave. No really handy shops. Nearest is an energetic walk to centre of Fremantletle. If arriving by public transport suggest you take bus from station rather than walk as it is uphill!

The stove was a gas stove but there was no exhaust fan over the stove and the window above it was just a frosted glass window that couldn't be opened. The front door was nearby but this is not sufficient to allow toxic fumes to escape or any other cooking smells. The bathroom also did not have any exhaust fan. The TV was very basic and didn't even have freeview. I requested to check in 1 hour earlier but was told that I would only be a be able to book in earlier if I paid for an extra night. It is difficult to get flights from the Eastern States that line up with the 3 hour time difference so I would expect some flexibility in the check-in time. The car park was always full and as I had a hire car, this plus the fact that there is limited street parking was also quite stressful.

An exhaust fan is located directly above the stove as shown in the photos and the bathroom has a vent that operates automatically 24 hours a day. Linda chose to book an extra night after telling me: "Hi Alison. I am flying in from Melbourne early morning. I am a solo traveller. My spiritual teacher is visiting from India. I was hoping to check in a bit earlier as the talks I am attending start at 2pm and don't finish till 7.30pm so I wanted to grocery shop and refrigerate items beforehand but that's ok if not possible". "If you could amend the booking form to include the evening of the 22nd October that would be great. regards Linda"

There was no iron on the property and i did message the host who was not very helpful other than telling me to keep looking for it. Shower has extremely low temperature so its almost like a cold water bath in winter which was a terrible way to start your day.

Did not live up to its potential.

This lower floor apartment was clean and functional., and the kitchen was well equipped with a good stove and fridge. But overall it was very spartan and drab, and could be improved enormously with some brightening up. The small back patio needs attention, it was not clean and the plants were dead or dying. It did not tempt you to sit out at the nice table and chairs that are out there. These are all simple and inexpensive things that could be fixed if there was a will to do so. What can’t be fixed is the very noisy traffic, and the neighbours doing DIY outside. Unfortunately the location whilst very good for access to Fremantle also means that ambulances, emergency vehicles and motor bikes also use the adjacent road.

Perfect place to stay

Excellent position easy walking distance to fremantle centre. Bus stop outside the apartment building on the high street side. Beaches and marina within easy walking distance
