Our family enjoyed the stay. The location was ideal. The views from the balcony can’t get any better than that which made our breakfast so enjoyable. We did not want to leave and definitely would love to return next time we are in HHI.

We love this condo. This is our fourth time to vacation at this property. We actually plan our vacation based upon the availability of this condo. The property is beautifully decorated and is always squeaky clean when we arrive. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay except for food. The beach is only a few steps away and never crowded. The view (especially the sunsets) is incredible. We love this South Beach location.The management company is easy to work with and great at communications at all phases of your rental.

Perfect property for our family vacation! The villa was spacious and clean. Fabulous proximity to the beach and pool - plus the marina and Salty Dog. Impeccable views! We loved seeing the ocean from every spot in the villa. Having a bike and beach rental credit was an extra bonus. I would definitely stay at this location every time! Loved that there were books, puzzles and games. Well stocked kitchen. Just a perfect vacation spot!

It was the perfect place for our family of 6 to stay. We have 4 little kids and it was an easy walk to the beach. The view is beautiful. The credit to rent bikes was so nice. We biked everywhere. We can’t wait to take the kids back to HHI next year and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This was our third time staying at Beachside Tennis Villas, and our second time at this villa. The villa was squeaky clean and very nicely decorated. The view was amazing and the beach was a short walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed this location and look forward to our next visit.

The property was really nice, great views, roomy and clean. Unfortunately the unit above ours had all its windows replaced over three days of our seven day stay. It was extremely disruptive and forced us to rent beach chairs and an umbrella to escape the cacophony. Hence why I only gave 3 stars for if it was worth the cost.

Great Property and Location

Property was immaculate and nicely decorated. We loved the floor plan of the villa. Easy access to the beach. Location of the property made you feel more secluded and private. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available.

This was a great property and well maintained. Had a great floor plan. Great view from the deck. And within walking distance from the salty dog restaurant. Would love to stay here again. Would recommend to anyone.

Relaxing Vacation

This 2nd floor unit is beautifully appointed with great balcony views of Calibogue Sound and Daufuskie Island. The South Beach location is quiet and peaceful with great walking paths. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk. Only a short drive to leave Sea Pines to visit other shopping and dining areas. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Views, perfect location

We had a wonderful time at this property and will likely rent this same unit next year. The washing machine had a minor mold issue, but we were able to purchase some additional cleaning products to resolve it.

The condo is absolute perfection. We stay at many vacation condos and this was definitely first class. Beach view, beach access, bikes as part of rental, clean. We hated to leave. Checin and out was very efficient and property managers were very attentive. We would absolutely stay here again.

Spectacular Views in South Beach

Incredible views from this 2nd floor, corner unit. Super easy parking and there is an elevator, but there’s also a stairwell from the parking lot to the unit. Easy access to beach, trolley stop, salty dog and pickleball courts. Plus there are about 9 deer right outside every morning and evening. Immaculately clean and very nice remodeling done inside unit. Perfect stay for my family.

Perfect HHI vacation

The place was perfectly described. Villa is perfectly located near South Beach and The Salty Dog complex. The beach at the Villa was clean, easily accessible, and not at all crowded. The credit for bike and back great rental was a pleasant surprise. Having the bikes made getting around Sea Pines Simple and peaceful. The Villa was very clean, well stocked with anything needed, and actually larger than we expected. Thank you for a great week!

Fantastic Location in South Beach

We’ve staying in this condo (4 or more times) over many years, but this is first time back since Covid. The new owner has updated the unit very nicely, and the building has recently been painted and looks great. In October the nights are cool and you can leave the windows open to enjoy the sound of the surf. As a second floor unit on a corner, it’s bright and the perfect height to look out towards the ocean. Location and view are 2 of the best things about this condo. We’ll be back again in the future. Unlike some other VRBO’s, this unit is ‘clean’ - as in no spices, no condiments, nothing left from previous visitors. This is no problem, but be aware if you frequently rent other units that come with perishables. On the flip side, this unit is very well equipped with utensils, plates, glass ware etc. The dish washer is whisper quiet. Full size washer/dryer works great. We would recommend this condo to other without reservation. GREAT Condo.

There was no place to wash the sand off your feet at this rental. There was a place at the pool but wasn’t walking that far just to wash feet off. Great place!

The best we've stayed at

We really enjoyed this unit and we have stayed at at least 6 different units in the same neighborhood over the years. The unit was updated and clean. I was especially happy to see a well stocked kitchen, especially since I did some cooking for the Thanksgiving weekend. Would love to stay here again. The location on the second floor still gave us a good view of the beach. We play tennis, a lot, so the proximity to the South Beach tennis facility is one of the main reasons we stay in this vicinity. The management company responded promptly to a thermostat issue within the first 2 hours of our report.

Great time in Hilton Head

I have rented many properties over the years through VRBO and this was without doubt the best experience. First, the property location and decorating far exceeded our expectations. The property was beautifully appointed and very well thought out. We wanted for nothing. Second, was the property management company, Vacation Company. They were wonderful to work with and answered all our questions immediately and were very helpful.
