This thoughtfully designed home features two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it perfect for couples, families, or small groups.

Both bedrooms are designed for comfort and a great night’s sleep, with soft, premium linens that elevate your stay.

A well-equipped kitchenette offers everything you need for light meal prep, including a fridge, microwave, hotplate and coffee maker—perfect for mornings or quick bites between outings.



Step outside and you are directly on the Mississippi River Levy where you can enjoy quiet walks, fresh air, and scenic views. Despite the peaceful setting, you’re only a short drive to the energy of the Bywater and the French Quarter.



Parking is easy and stress-free, with ample street parking always available right outside the home.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to their unit, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, and the kitchenette.



Please note that this home is part of a duplex. The fenced backyard is a shared space with the neighboring unit, so you may see or interact with other guests or residents during your stay.



The driveway is not available for guest use, but there is ample free street parking directly in front of the home and throughout the area.
