This historic property may not be ideal for those with mobility issues— i.e. front steps please review photos carefully & contact us with any questions.

This property is a double (duplex). Although your space will be private, please be advised that we live next door with our young daughter. Our home is an old house and although insulated, not completely soundproof— we do our best to keep things peaceful during your visit with us!

Our short-term rental permit with the City has a maximum occupancy of 4 people. Exceeding this limit could cause us to lose our permit and no longer be able to share our home on Airbnb.
