Looking for amazing views in a dream location to kick off your Alaska adventure? Look no further! This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is comfortable and well appointed with mountain and ocean views right outside your window. It is conveniently located in an exclusive Eagle River neighborhood, close to shopping and access to the Glenn Highway, as a home base for your Alaska travels. You'll find a quaint pond across the street, with the Eagle River Nature Center just a short drive down the road.

The apartment includes a private deck for grilling and chilling, a fully stocked kitchen, full size laundry, and extra room for parking. You will also love having access to DirecTV channels, so you don't miss your favorite shows! The kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker and coffee/tea bar, a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, blender and full size appliances. Be sure to hit the snack bar and hydration station when you walk through the door!

Guests will enjoy a contactless check-in process with hosts sending your personal door code in advance of your stay, along with local recommendations for shopping and attractions.

Really nice property in a secluded area in Eagle River. But close to town, the recommendations of places to eat were spot on. Perfect for us as we were hiking in the Chugach Mountains for a couple of days. Great stay!

We stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! It is tucked into the woods so we drove past it once. Also, it is down 2 flights of steps on the back of the house so it might not be for everyone, but we enjoyed it!

This is a great place with a really nice kitchen and living room. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Lots of nice amenities. The location was great for us. Good parking and easy access. Great, quick communication with the host when I had questions.

Wow! This place was amazing! So clean, great communication from the host, lots of great resources provided for the area and very welcoming. So many nice little touches left for guests as well - after a long day of travel it was so nice walking in and finding a few bottles of cold water in the fridge and some snacks on the counter. Not to mention all the other things left in the house in case we had forgotten to pack things. The layout is nice and everything was so nicely decorated. Only regret is not being able to stay longer. Would 1000% recommend this place to anyone. When we make it back to Alaska I hope this place is still an option for rental as we would absolutely stay again.

Definitely a top notch place to stay while in Alaska! Cynthia has literally thought of everything with her place! We loved the views from the kitchen table while drinking our morning coffee. We really appreciated the snack bar and the coffee bar - so many great options for a quick bite or a hot drink. Cocoa, tea, coffee, cider, wonderful! The bedrooms were very cozy and loved that there were so many warm blankets and fluffy pillows. The living space was great too - big couch, chairs, a rocker. Also was really nice having the full size washer and dryer - love coming home with a suitcase full of clean clothes! Location was a win as well - close to everything that Eagle River has to offer. Our favorite spot to visit is always the Eagle River Nature Center - and its a quick and easy drive. We definitely hope to stay at Cynthia's place whenever we're back in Alaska!

This was an excellent property to stay at! The host was easy to contact and was very quick with any questions we had while staying there. The property was in an excellent location with easy access to anything you needed in Eagle River and only a short 15 minute drive to get to Anchorage if you wanted too, yet it was tucked back just far enough to feel like you were away from everything. We had an excellent time and it was money well spent! Thank you Cynthia for an amazing place!!
