Un chalet de 800 pieds carrés dans le sud de l'ajout de Anchorage, juste au sud du centre-ville. À distance de marche d'une boulangerie, une épicerie, des courts de tennis, le bâtiment Conoco / Phillips, la 5th Avenue Mall, le musée d'Anchorage, et d'autres attractions. La maison a une petite cour et une terrasse avec un barbecue pour les repas en plein air, également inclus un petit bureau, une laverie et d'une cuisine équipée avec un grand nombre de commodités de la maison.

Incredible and Well Stocked

Can’t say enough about this incredible property. It literally has every convenience you could possibly want. The refrigerator was stocked with eggs milk cheese creamer and every condiments you could think of. Pantry full of food. Candy dishes in every room if you forgot it at home they have it! Clean and just like being at home! Comfy beds too. Wish we could have stayed longer! Absolutely the best Vrbo ever! Close to town Anna’s walkable to restaurants.

Wonderful!

We lived this gem of a stay near downtown anchorage. Perfectly located minutes from husband's work conference, easy access and great, quiet neighborhood. They provided us with gluten free cookies and milk and a few other goodies, were super responsive and welcoming. We hope to stay here again!

Cozy Ski Trip

South Addition/ Cedar Alley was the perfect cozy cottage for my skit trip! The hosts offered my choice of breakfast items, including bread, peanut butter, K cups, milk and coffee creamer. They gave a little tour when I got there, and were so friendly and welcoming! The jet bathtub was also a nice bonus. The location is within 5 minutes of downtown and is plenty quiet. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Anchorage!

Cozy Cottage

My husband and I visited Anchorage for a week. This was one of the most well stocked VRBO's we've ever stayed in. Easy check-in and check-out process! I would recommend to anyone interested in staying in Anchorage to check this place out!

We loved our stay

This vrbo is in an excellent and convenient location. It was very clean and organized. The hosts were helpful and welcoming. We liked having a pack and play and highchair available to use during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised that the hosts took the time to stock the kitchen with sodas, cheese, eggs, bananas, biscotti, coffee, etc.

THE SWEETEST HOME

Oh, my. I don’t know where to start. From the tour of the home when we arrived, the incredible homemade sourdough rolls that I could’ve never made myself, the thoughtfulness of a welcome letter and local coffee shop gift card - there are not enough words to describe how wonderful our stay was. This was our first VRBO experience, though we’ve booked a lot of other rental properties around Alaska, and never have we encountered such kind homeowners. It was a real treat to stay with Pamela and Lee and we are truly grateful they opened their home to us. If you’re reading this and looking for a place to stay, whether a tourist or locals like we are, I hope you choose to stay here. You will not be disappointed!

Exploring Anchorage and Surrounding Areas

This cottage was perfect for my brother and I after returning from Kodiak Island. The cottage was comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed. We were able to relax, cook meals and do laundry at our convenience. We took daily excursions and returning to the cottage was like returning home. Lee and Pam were excellent hosts.

Lots of thoughtful amenities in the house!

There were home baked cookies in a crystal cake dish, dishes of candies, our hosts even bought some groceries for us! Tons of ingredients to cook with. Biscotti, a Keurig (with Keurig cups) and drip coffee maker. Too many amenities to list. Our only complaint was too many remotes, lamps and TV's and I don't know what all. Cords and remotes everywhere.

A Solid 10!

It is extremely comfortable and everything you could want in a stay! We couldn’t have been happier with this quiet little home. There was food with coffees and teas. Very clean. We highly recommend!

Great stay

Fantastic stay all around. House was clean and cozy. Hosts were wonderful and went far above and beyond to provide a great stay (provided muffins, delicious bread, and a very well-stocked fridge and pantry). We got in very late and having so much available to us made for a relaxing, enjoyable morning. By far the most amenities of any stay we have ever had. Excellent communication prior to stay and provided many ways to contact them if we needed anything during our stay. I think if we would have known how wonderful the rental was, we would have tried to plan a couple extra days into our trip.

Fantastic all around!

Everything about the house and owners was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again if back in Anchorage. The house was the best-stocked rental we've ever stayed in and was so cute and clean. The owners are local, very pleasant and helpful. House location good to walk to downtown or midtown.

Quaint cottage with everything you need for your stay.

We were pleasantly surprised to find this cottage very well stocked. The owners, who live right across the alley, are very generous (well stocked fridge and fresh baked banana bread for our arrival), friendly, knowledgable about the area, and responsive. Lots of flowers. Nice little patio/deck. Good location, quiet at night, with downtown in walking distance. Thank you!

Great property great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything you think you might need or need, is provided. Pam and Lee stocked the fridge for us, so getting in late the night before, we had breakfast foods, fresh homemade bread, and COFFEE, ready the next morning. great location, getting to down town is easy by car or uber, or if you are a good walker, probably about a mile or so to downtown, very safe neighborhood. We will definitely stary there again.

A Very Comfortable Stay

This property was just as advertised and more. It was very clean, well located, and well maintained. What sets it apart from others where we’ve stayed is the friendliness and care the owners take in suppling information, snacks, fruits, home made baked goods, along with every amenity needed and more. Great place to stay

Quaint place to stay. The property is well taken care of and the hosts go above and beyond. They even made us fresh banana bread and all the little things were taken care of. Next time we are in town we hope we can book this again.

Cozy is what this place is about!

This home is lovely! It exceeded our expectations! We enjoyed the outdoor gardens to rest in the middle of our Alaska trip and do some laundry! Would love to return on our next visit!

I moved into the house in 1994, and purchased it in 1998. Upon our marriage in 1999, my husband moved in with me. For 16 years this was our family home and saw the addition of two children. When the opportunity to buy a larger home nearby presented itself, we moved, but kept the house so we could give others the opportunity to experience downtown Anchorage living.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I bought this house because the area presented the kind of close-knit neighborhood feel I was looking for in a home. Although Anchorage is a very transient place, we have many neighbors who have been here for decades, just as I have been for over 20 years. At the same time, there have been new additions across all age groups, keeping the atmosphere fresh and lively.

You can walk to a bakery, a well-stocked grocery, and many downtown attractions. There are bus stops for 4 public transit buses within two blocks. And, if you're driving, the major roads into, out of, and through the city are easily accessible.
