Piazza Room at the Oasis Patio Pool House

Privacy is all yours in this queen bedroom in a separate space from the main 2,500 sf house in a quiet upscale neighborhood—nicely remodeled full bathroom. House has a large courtyard & backyard with pool & jacuzzi. The areas other than the room are shared.

The house is set up in a `U` shape with bedrooms on either end & the dining & kitchen areas in the middle. There is a large courtyard in the front with a wall that separates the house from the driveway & the street. The courtyard is a great place to sit & enjoy a cup of coffee or to wind down with a glass of wine. On hot days, the pool is refreshing & there is plenty of space to relax in the backyard.

Access is available to the kitchen, dining area, backyard, & front courtyard.

We are happy to help with answering questions, giving directions, or recommendations on restaurants, etc.

We are close to an outside mall with restaurants & stores. The Brea mall is about 3 miles away & Downtown Brea is about 1.5 miles. Disneyland is 12 miles away. We are located close to the 60 & the 57 freeways. Cal State Fullerton is about 4 miles away.

Car, bike, & there is a bus stop about 1/2 mile from the house.

There are 3 other adults that live in the house in addition to me. We have a cat & goldendoodle that are both hypoallergenic.
Quiet hours 9pm to 8am, parking for 1 car, 45 day cancelation policy/shortened stay notice

The refundable damage deposit is $100, the refundable cleaning deposit is $150.

The host has a Goldendoodle and Siberian cat (both hypoallergenic) and travel 90% of the year.
