Enjoy majestic bay views, of Monterey Bay from this gorgeous 1,575 sf home nestled amidst the evergreens. Custom built in 1997 with thoughtful designs and abundant natural light, this peaceful property sits above the street, looking out over the treetops.

Head down the hill toward the bay and New Monterey to reach historic Cannery Row and the Monterey Bay Aquarium, or go up the hill to the Forest Hill area of Pacific Grove for convenient shopping. World-class restaurants, golf courses and boutique shopping experiences are many, along with sandy beaches, scenic drives and hikes for nature-lovers.

Living Spaces:
Guests will enjoy views of the bay from many vantage points in this two-level home. Step out onto one of several decks, listen to sounds of wildlife in the wooded surroundings and watch the sailboats while you grill dinner on the propane BBQ or use the Traeger smoker.

The home features inviting spaces, radiant heat flooring under tile, an open kitchen, vaulted ceilings and exposed beams and includes a whole-house 3-step water filtration system.
The living room has a TV and the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to create meals in the comfort of your vacation home.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Bedroom #1 is a large primary bedroom suite with a queen bed, TV, a walk-in closet, a fireplace, views out across the bay and an en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-jetted tub.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a TV.
Bedroom #3 has a twin-twin bunk bed.
The upstairs hall bathroom has a standing shower.
The home also has a half bathroom.

A washer and dryer are available for guest use and are located near the kitchen.

Off-street parking for 1 vehicle or 2 small cars. The garage is not available for parking.

Please note that above the detached garage is an apartment with a separate entrance that is home to a long term resident.

The home has 5 exterior cameras that are monitored regularly for security.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
