Set behind a neat lawn and wide driveway, this welcoming single-level home invites you to step inside, drop your bags and immediately feel at ease. The main living room is bright and generous, with comfortable sofas and a large HD TV with Netflix. Two additional lounge areas provide separate spaces for quiet reading, kidsâ entertainment or an afternoon nap in the cool comfort of ducted air conditioning. The open-plan design creates a wonderful sense of space, allowing everyone to gather together while still enjoying room to breathe.
At the heart of the home, the well-appointed kitchen makes holiday cooking a pleasure. With a large island bench and an espresso machine for your morning coffee, itâs fully equipped for quick breakfasts to long dinners. The dining areas flow seamlessly from the kitchen and out to the patio, making indoor-outdoor living effortless. Step outside to the covered patio where comfortable seating and a gas BBQ overlook the private yard. Itâs the perfect setting for alfresco meals or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
The expansive primary suite features a king bed, a generous walk-in robe and a luxurious ensuite complete with double vanities, a deep soaking bath and a separate shower. The family bathroom includes a bathtub and shower, plus a separate toilet for added convenience.
A separate laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, drying rack and iron â ideal for extended stays or sandy beach days. Parking is easy with a residential garage and space for up to four vehicles on the driveway.
