Surrounded by towering gum trees and the gentle sounds of nature, this elevated bush retreat is designed to capture the beauty of its surroundings. Step inside the open-plan living area, where a leather sectional invites you to unwind with a glass of local wine, a favourite show on the Smart TV, or simply the mesmerising coastal scenery.

Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and a spacious island with bar seating, perfect for casual bites. Share meals at the large dining table for eight or step onto the upper deck, where fresh ocean breezes and sweeping bay views set the scene for alfresco dining. Fire up the BBQ, savour an outdoor meal at the wooden table or stretch out on the outdoor lounge as the sun sets over Eagle Bay. Escape to the covered patio to sip your morning coffee or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach.

As night falls, retreat to four cosy bedrooms, where ceiling fans and serene greenery views create the perfect setting for a restful sleep. Upstairs, wake up to glimpses of Eagle Bay from the primary queen bedroom or start your morning with fresh air in the second bedroom, featuring direct deck access and two single beds that convert into a king. Indulge in the spa-like bathroom, where a soaking tub overlooks the treetops and sea. Head downstairs, where a queen room and a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds provide a restful retreat, sharing a second bathroom and an additional powder room for convenience. Refresh your wardrobe with a washer and dryer during your extended stay.

Dive into endless fun in the games room, featuring a pool table, Smart TV, and comfy sofas, or set off on an adventure with the provided kayaks, life jackets, and surfboard in the crystal-clear waters of Eagle Bay. Stay comfortable year-round with reverse cycle air conditioning in the main living area and upstairs bedrooms, plus ceiling fans and oil heaters in the downstairs rooms. Secure on-site parking is available for multiple vehicles.

Linen and towels are available as an optional add-on for a flat rate of $275. If you'd like to include this package, please let us know when booking. Alternatively, if you prefer not to purchase the linen package, we kindly ask that you bring your own sheets and towels.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
