I was in town with my husband, my mother and my adult daughter for a wedding over Labor Day weekend. The wedding venue was nearby and many of the people from out of town found VRBO homes in the Gresham area. It was perfect for our needs, we were close to the venue at Lakeside Gardens and close to our other friends and family who were in town. House was well appointed with everything we needed (except a wine opener, but I remedied that quickly). I would definitely recommend this property. Although I had already booked four sessions at Orange Theory Fitness while I was in Gresham, it was nice that there was also exercise equipment in the garage! That was a bonus. Neighborhood is nice and centrally located to a lot of things.

The house was very cozy and homey, but at the same time felt very lived in. It was a little dirty, floors had not been cleaned well, garage/laundry room was cluttered, screen door was messed up, and several things falling off the walls such as toilet paper holders and hooks. Overall maintenance could be better, but the house was very pretty with a beautiful yard and a nice, quiet neighborhood! Felt more like I was in someone’s home than just an average rental experience. House had everything you could need while staying there, especially if you have children! Would stay here again :)

I loved that the property had so many amenities. It had all the comforts of our own home. I only have 3 complaints; there were not enough towels for our family of 6. Only 1 bath towel per person. It was hard when you needed a 2nd towel to dry your hair off. There were no bath rugs available to keep bathroom floor dry. The most inconvenient was that we ran out of hot water every night. Good thing we were on vacation and not on a strict schedule, so we just staggered our showers and kept it very short.

We’re not trying to make excuses, but we did identify that our previous cleaner was not maintaining our expected standards, and we have since made a change to our cleaning team. Since then, we have seen a significant improvement in the overall guest experience and are continuing to closely monitor the property to ensure it is properly prepared for every stay.
