FREE parking, 2 car driveway, Pet Friendly for pre-approved dogs.

The Space:
Stay In My District Gresham! Newly refreshed home with a modern retro-hemian vibe. Created specifically with guest comfort and convenience in mind. Neutral finishes and tasteful furnishings throughout make for a calm, clean and stylish escape. Enjoy dinner or a glass of wine in the spacious, private & semi-shaded yard—including barbecue grill, picnic table and fire pit. Amazing outdoor space for relaxing summer evenings on the patio. Plentiful amenities throughout will make you feel at home in your stylish home away from home!
This is a single-level newly refreshed home. The space has plenty of windows providing light, open spacious feel while allowing ample light and fresh air into the home.
Living area has two couches, one that converts to sofa sleeper for 2 (linens & bedding provided). Large flat screen smart TV with streaming capabilities for Netflix, Amazon and more. High-speed Internet and Wi-fi guarantees ease for work and play. Comfortable new furniture with artistic touches throughout.
Kitchen features tons of light, along with natural skylight, and a wall kitchen for preparing meals, light wood cabinets, a pantry and new appliances, as well as a small dining area. Walk out to the patio and grill on the BBQ or cook indoors with new stainless appliances. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, bakeware, glassware and tableware. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner seated at the indoor dining table with 4 chairs & 2 stools, or outdoors at the Picnic table for 6, additional seating provided for lounging.
1.5 Baths features quality linens and soap; the main bath features tub/shower combo, quality linens, adjustable spray shower head, hairdryer, shampoo & conditioner. Bonus in both baths are air diffusers (but bring your own favorite natural oils).
Bedroom #1 w/half bath, features a King bed and comfortable quality linens; large closet for hanging clothing and drawers for personal items, small work desk w/comfortable chair for laptop or writing. Bedroom #2 features a King bed, small space for hanging clothes, luggage rack and a workstation with lighting, computer monitor. Additional Closet space for personal items is in the hall closet.
Laundry room equipped w/full size washer & dryer, iron and ironing board for guest use.
FREE parking in driveway for up to 2 cars and FREE street parking for additional vehicles.
Enjoy dinner or a glass of wine in the spacious, private & partially shaded yard—including barbecue grill. Amazing outdoor space for relaxing summer and autumn evenings on the patio, and late-night glow of the fire table if you just like lounging. A Pack and Play is provided and kept on site.
This home allows up to 2 dogs. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet that covers the normal wear and tear of allowing pets into the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or linens. Pets should be secured while guests are away and should not be left unattended at any time. Please pick up after your pets. Additional cleaning fees and or damage will be charged for violation of the rules regarding pets. *Note-The back yard is fully fenced, however there are gaps at the bottom of the gate near the driveway.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to entire home, the private back yard (hot tub is non-functioning), and 2-car driveway. Guests also have full use of the private laundry room. No Guest access to the garage, as it is reserved for the owner. There is a fireplace in the home but it is non-functional, use is for ambiance only.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the North Central Neighborhood surrounded by Downtown Gresham, and surrounding towns of Fairview, Troutdale, Wood Village with easy access to highway I-84. The Highway is also known as the Columbia Gorge Hwy, Old Oregon Trail Hwy and is one of the “7 Wonders of Oregon”, this highway also connects to highways leading to Downtown Portland, Clackamas, Gladstone, Lake Oswego, Vancouver & Camas Washington.

Located in a residential Gresham neighborhood - a friendly, active and responsive city well-known for exceptional community services and amenities. Opportunities for outdoor & music lovers, with pet friendly hiking trails, skiing, biking and windsurfing opportunities, as well as the renowned Mt. Hood Jazz Festival and McMenamins Edgefield Resort & Spa and Premier Outdoor Concert Venue. Gresham is a family-friendly suburb of Portland and is well-known for its accessibility to the many city, regional and national forest recreation areas. It’s proximity makes this a great place to live and to visit. Residents enjoy easy access to a plethora of outdoor activities, community services, shopping, dining, and highly rated bars & restaurants found in the east metropolitan area of Portland.

Getting Around:
Walking distance to Red Sunset Park (10 minutes), shopping, dining, recreation, weekly farmer’s market, and music! and weekly farmers market. Convenient drives are only moments away. 8 minutes to I-84 Scenic Hwy through the Columbia Gorge/Mt Hood, just 20 away from the infamous Multnomah Falls Recreation area. 5 minute drive to parks & gym, shopping, food trucks; 2 minute drive to major shopping and entertainment district; 8 minutes drive to McMenamins Edgefield Resort/Spa Music Venue 30 minute walk or 7 minute drive to the grounds of the Annual Mt Hood Jazz Festival; 4 minute drive to Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center; 30 minute drive to downtown Portland; 60 minute drive to Mt Hood; 1 hr 45 minutes to the Oregon Coast. Approx. 1.1 to Gresham Central TC MAX station (light rail). Via UBER, LYFT. Taking the MAX you can get anywhere in Metro Portland including PDX airport. Drive, Lyft or Uber to PDX International Airport is approximately 15-30 minutes depending on traffic.

Other Things to Note:
- You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
- No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
- Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
- Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
- We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house-trained dog into our home! We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, as per my listing details. We will go ahead and request the fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed. Please accept ASAP to confirm authorization.
Please also be aware of our pet policy:
-Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors.
-Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately.
-Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest.
-Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable

Good spot to see East Portland area. Only bad thing to say is we couldn't figure out how to make hot water from the shower. Otherwise all nice. Like close proximity to a park for easy morning walks.

Things to fix
Very steep driveway, no railing on the steps, toilets should be taller, too bad the shower did not work. The kitchen was wonderful, the towels terrific, they offered to fix the water but we had just moved from Klamath Falls, waiting to get into our new home, so did not want people in the house as we had so much paperwork laid out to sign. Having 1.5 baths was what all rentals need

Outgoing, outdoorsy, mom and business owner. I love to travel and visit new places and love to meet new people. I have met and kept in touch with many new friends that have stayed in my homes. I cannot live without Running and Coffee!! I love entertaining, hiking with my girls and my yellow lab, running trails, mtn biking and riding cruiser bikes downtown for a glass of wine. It is very important to me to live in a great atmosphere in the heart of everything where you can build a community. I bought my 750 sq ft home in Boise so that I could be close to restaurants, bars, trails, downtown, and nightlife and enjoy a unique lifestyle that only the Northend has to offer. Hyde Park is a true neighborhood and the local eateries and shopping area will give you a feel at home vibe! Once you visit, you will understand! Our beach home in Pacific City also reflects the importance that we place on atmosphere and location being directly across form the beach and walking, biking distance to the local brewery. I try to make sure that my guests feel at home and they have access to the home as if it were there own. I appreciate courteous guests but expect them to fully utilize all of the amenities in the house. (ie: grill, patio, coffee, laundry, condiments, etc..)

It feels like a home away from home, it is within a residential neighborhood and is close to shopping, dining, entertainment. It is only minutes away from the airport which makes it convenient to access. the Locations is close to the I-84 Columbia Gorge Scenic Highway which will connect you to just about anywhere you want to go. There is so much to do, the recreation sights are close, so much to do and see you will likely have trouble deciding which to do first.
