The property was beautiful, but when we arrived at the property it was not clean. I had spoken with staff twice that day prior to checking in (once around 12:00 and again after 2:00) and was told the unit hadn’t been cleaned and wasn’t available for early checkin, which was not a big deal and it states on your site that early checkin may or may not be possible but that you would try to accommodate. I checked in around 4:30 at your office and then traveled to pick a coworker up from the airport. At 5:30 ish we arrived at the property. The beds were stripped and unmade, dishes were left dirty, and we had to search for our own towels. We initially did not have the necessary items left to perform our check out duties around the property. Despite all of these things, the Dune’s staff was accommodating, did refund the cleaning fee, and brought us the necessary things we needed. I communicated my concerns with the staff in hopes this doesn’t happen in the future with another guest.
