Welcome to The Farm on Razorback Ridge, your private escape set on 28 acres of lush bushland, open paddocks, and rainforest. This breath taking property combines a spacious five-bedroom main house with a beautifully appointed tiny home, perfect for families, friends, and groups seeking space, comfort, and total tranquillity.



Main House

Known as Razorback Ridge, the main home is spread across two light filled levels with soaring ceilings, large windows, and stunning views stretching from the hinterland to the coast. Downstairs, you’ll find a generous open plan living and dining space, a fully equipped galley kitchen, and a master suite with direct deck access and private ensuite. Upstairs, four more bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests.



Step outside to your private pool, soak in the views from the elevated dining deck, and enjoy a true resort style experience surrounded by nature.



Extras include air-conditioning, a cozy indoor fireplace, BBQ utensils, Nespresso machine, ceiling fans, and thoughtful touches throughout. Children are welcome, just please supervise around the pool and dams. Kindly note that events and parties are not permitted.



Tiny Home

Tucked away in its own peaceful pocket of the property, the tiny home is full of charm and comfort. Ideal for larger groups (sleeps an extra 4), it includes two upstairs bedrooms, a full kitchen, a compact living space with a 2 seater sofa and dining for four, plus a modern bathroom and laundry facilities.



Outside, gather by the firepit under the stars. It’s the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort.



Other Things to Note:

There is a beehive located approximately 60 metres from the house, near the shed. It’s well away from guest areas, but please be mindful if you have allergies.



The property is pet-friendly, but please keep pets away from the cows for everyone’s safety. The paddocks are part of a working farm, and we ask that all animals are supervised and kept under control.



A single security camera is located on-site, positioned solely to monitor the cow paddocks. It does not face the house, tiny home, or any guest areas.



Firewood is not guaranteed. If you plan to use the fireplace or outdoor firepit, we recommend bringing your own. Where firewood is supplied, it’s typically enough for one fire.





Bin Location – Razorback Ridge Farm



The bins for the farm are located at the very start of the road, near the intersection of Barsons Road and Shurvell Road.



As you turn in, you’ll see a long row of green council bins lined up on the left-hand side. Our bins are clearly marked with 65–75 RR.



Please make sure all rubbish is taken out and placed in the correct bins at the end of your stay. A $50 fee will apply if rubbish is left behind.
