As you take the exit for Marsh Island from the Causeway, you'll feel like you're pulling onto your own private island. With only a handful of homes here, you'll love the peace and quiet that Marsh Island offers. All the festivities of Chincoteague Island are mere steps away, but you return to the sweet serenity that only Marsh Island offers. This tiny Island was formerly a Harbor for Commercial Fishermen that was converted to Waterfront Homes. At Go with the Flow, you’ll take in Bay Views that are simply stunning - Water Views of the Chincoteague Channel, Historic Main Street, the Bay, Marsh, and of course THE most incredible Sunsets to be found.

As you pull down the Lane for this adorable Townhome, you can’t help but think about the memories that will be made fishing and crabbing in your own backyard, and watching the Boats - and even Dolphin - travel down the Channel. Pull into the Garage (Only 6 ft. Clearance), kick off your Flip Flops, and let the fun begin!

Go with the Flow is dressed in serene colors of sand and sea - so warm and welcoming. As you climb the stairs to the 1st Floor, your eye will immediately be drawn to the gorgeous Water Views from both the Living Area and the Dining Area. The cozy Living Area is great for kicking back after a day exploring Assateague National Seashore, just a few short minutes away. You’ll have all you need with Free WiFi and Flat Screen Streaming TV for family movie night.

Mealtime will be a bay breeze with the well-stocked Kitchen, with all the comforts of home. Dine at your home away from home in the comfort of Central AC and amazing Bay Views, or wander to one of our great Local Restaurants for something with our Island Flair. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of 2 Channel View Balconies, and watch Herons and Egrets fish for their morning meal. Also on this level is a super convenient Half Bath.

Wandering upstairs, you’ll find 2 Bedrooms, a Shared Full Bath, and the Laundry Area. Bedroom 1 is the Primary Bedroom, and has a comfy Queen Bed, fun nautical theme, and Private Access to the Waterfront Balcony with amazing Views. Imagine slipping out to watch the stars dance over the water. Down the Hall, Bedroom 2 has 2 Twin Beds, and is dressed in nautical navy. The Shared Full Bath has a Tub/Shower Combo.

Time at Go with the Flow is sure to be treasured by your whole family. Time spent together fishing, crabbing, kayaking (1 Single Kayak is provided!), or simply stargazing will be unforgettable, and that’s without even leaving little Marsh Island. And don’t forget our famous Ducks! Here on Marsh Island, we have a large population of super cool Muscovy Ducks, as well as our Mallard friends. With all there is to do on Chincoteague itself, plus having one of the most popular and most visited beaches in our country right down the road, this truly IS the Dream Vacation you’ve been waiting for!
