Nearby Davenport is also home to a great mix of golf courses, parks, restaurants, and excellent shopping centers!

The main living area and the 'out of this world' upstairs media room both include TVs ready to stream your favorite channels using your own accounts. When you're craving a little friendly competition, head out to the garage game room where you'll find foosball and a pool table, while the upstairs living space includes a shuffleboard table.

The pool and spas do not come heated. We also only offer pool heat during the months of may-sept for $50 / day. Please let us know 3 days in advance for pool heat
