An absolutely amazing little slice of heaven! Rachael and Darcy are amazing hosts who truly care about the comfort and privacy of their guests! The house was clean, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with all the essentials a family would need for a restful and relaxing vacation! The lake is absolutely gorgeous and the beautiful sights are endless! We will most definitely be back! Highly recommended!

The lake view was amazing! The hosts had the housing very clean and made us feel welcome without sacrificing privacy. If we come back to Maine we would want to stay again!

Great space, very clean, beautiful lake access, responsive host. Living room space is larger than it appears in the pics. Comfortable for 1-2 adults with kids. Modest kitchen space, but well setup with the basics.

The lake house was exactly as described in the listing. It was very relaxing and we enjoyed our stay. Apartment was well stocked with games for rainy days. There is a television, but we never turned it on. The lake was beautiful and my daughters and granddaughter enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding. Would not hesitate to stay at this location again. Thank you for making your home so inviting!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The hosts left us several welcome gifts and even treats for our dogs! The decor is so nice and there were lots of games and books to help us relax between Thanksgiving family visits. The dogs loved running around the big lawn and sniffing around the lake.

Amazing cabin, cozy, clean, and beautiful setting!

This cabin is so lovely and the lake and location are excellent. Simple accomodations but everything is very well thought out and there is lots to to on a rainy day or a sunny day. The setting is beautiful and grocery store is a quick drive away. Cabin was clean and very comfortable with plenty of space. Easy to get to and hosts were very easy to communicate with. Can't wait to go back!

Spent three days. Very relaxing. Lots of water equipments (kayak, paddle boards, pedaling boats…) outdoor eating space, long chairs for cozy reading in front of the water with fire pit… you will get to do whatever makes you happy… Rachael was very responsive and you do not feel their presence. Highly recommended rental!

Great property

Clean, comfortable and gorgeous location. Brought our dogs, they loved the lake, wife and daughters went paddle boarding. Apartment had everything, they even provide mouth wash and deodorant!! Would definately reccommend and stay again. Thank you so much!

My family had an amazing stay in the apartment. The lake is beautiful, the house is very cozy, and they have just about anything you could need available. I beleive we used just about every piece of water equipment they offered during our stay. Caught some good size bass out on the Kayaks. We were hesistant about staying on property with an owner, but they were very kind and only seen them a few times in passing. Would highly recommended their place to stay, and would come back again.

The apartment is over their attached 3 car garage. A great room, bedroom and bath with washer and dryer in the basement. A fabulous backyard full of flowers and wonderful nooks and crannies to sit and view the lake. The vegetation creates privacy from the neighbors. Everything is clean and well kept.

We love this lake house!

This home is so beautiful! They really put a lot of love into the inside and outside! Our family had so much fun, we brought our dog for her first overnight trip and she did great! Everything was so well thought out. They supplied everything you would need (needless to say I definitely overpacked and wouldn’t have needed to bring as much as I did.) They even gave us a nice welcome basket with a card and flowers they picked from their garden. We loved making memories by the fire, taking the boat out for a ride and grilling some yummy food. This place is perfect for a nice relaxing getaway! I couldn’t speak more highly really! We can’t wait to go back!

Lakeside paradise!

Darcy and Rachael have literally thought of everything you will need for your lakeside retreat! From the yummy welcome package, to the clean and comfortable accommodations, tasteful and heartfelt decorations, fun toys on the water, gorgeous grounds, lakeside fire...and oh ya cue on the nightly loon calls☺️ Our pup Copper’s 1st travel a huge success! We’ll be back! We enjoyed Mother’s Day lobster rolls at the Farmer’s Table followed by a boardwalk excursion and browse in Traditions Antiques. Everything was at our fingertips!

Sebasticook lake apartmebt

The apartment had everything we needed plus equipment for volleyball, basketball, darts, pool, board games and puzzles and more. I was mainly interested in kayaking. The put in area was perfect and made a great swimming area. The lake is clean water and the perfect temperature. It was private. They have several kayaks, a paddleboat and rowboat. Newport has restaurants and a homemade ice cream shop, a Walmart and a high end grocery store. The owners stopped by a couple of times and were helpful. This place is perfect.
