Features 2 modern and bright bedrooms with built-in robes, main with a private ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. All the bedrooms are fitted with fans, smart TVs, charging stations and Alexa to enable automatic operation of the bedside lamps and ease in setting your alarm. The main bedroom is also fitted with a sound system. There is a separate bathroom for the second bedroom which is conveniently located.

LAUNDRY
Lightly toned timber flooring throughout the open plan living area leads to a Euro-style laundry with AEG washing machine and dryer. An iron and ironing board are available.

SECURITY FEATURE
The building offers secure underground parking with sensor lights, emergency alarms, and CCTV coverage on all levels. All apartments are equipped with a video intercom system that connects via the lobby entrance, and there are security-controlled lifts providing access to each floor, ensuring peace of mind during your stay.

Melbourne’s second major river, the mighty Maribyrnong, runs for 160 kilometres from its source on the slopes of Mount Macedon through to Port Phillip Bay. It is an easy 3 minute drive to the closest part of the Maribyrnong River which runs past 1 Ascot Vale Road.

The Maribyrnong River Trail runs along the Maribyrnong River. It`s a hiker-biker trail. The Trail’s even grade makes it popular with runners, people with prams, and wheelchairs. There are a few loops, one of which takes in the Pipemakers Park Bridge, relating to a piece of Melbourne`s industrial history. The trail is 14 miles (23 km) from point to point. The Maribyrnong River was called Saltwater River by the early explorers due to its brackish taste.

The Maribyrnong River Trail takes you quite a long way along this river right through residential suburbs, to industrial areas, right to the sea. It links with a number of other paths along the Yarra River, Moonee Ponds Creek and Merri Creek and along the coast. There is quite a lot of public transport that crosses and enables dropping out when you have had enough. There are toilets along the way, parks in which to have picnics, and cafes if you did not bring food.

There is one private car park space available for guests within the apartment complex.

Melbourne has great public transport on offer that will take you almost anywhere you need to go. The public transport on offer includes trains, trams and buses, which run all over the city and out to the outer suburbs.

Tram 57 leaves outside 1 Ascot Vale Road and goes straight to the city. In the other direction, the 57 goes to West Maribyrnong. It passes the Highpoint Shopping Centre along the way.

Our key collection is from a local shop on Smithfield Road 800m away from our apartment.

For the safety and comfort of all guests and our neighbours, we have installed noise, occupancy, and smoke monitoring devices throughout the property. These devices help us ensure that the space is being used responsibly and in accordance with our house rules.

Important:

Guests are not allowed to tamper with, remove, or turn off these devices.
We receive live reports from these devices, and any attempt to interfere with them will be taken very seriously.
If we find that you have tampered with or disabled any of these devices, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from the property without refund.
In addition, a fine of $1,000 will be charged for any violation.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all guest and our community.
