The lower level opens into a main living area arranged for easy conversation, with no TV to distract from time together. This flows seamlessly into an expansive kitchen and dining zone for shared meals and effortless entertaining. Stone benchtops, modern appliances, and a central island with stools invite people to gather, while a butler’s pantry adds extra storage, a Nespresso machine, and a washer for laundry needs. Outside, the sun-drenched deck is framed by lush greenery, offering an inviting spot for morning coffee, shared lunches, or winding down in the fresh air.

Bedroom accommodation spans both levels, with each bedroom featuring its own ensuite. The primary bedroom is located downstairs and offers a king bed, while upstairs there are two additional king bedrooms and one queen bedroom.
