Just 5mins drive to the beach or mountains, the best of the Illawarra is on your doorstep. Beach hangs, mountain biking, bushwalking, golf, bowling, shopping and cafes are at your convenience. Woonona, Bulli, Wollongong & Thirroul all accessible in under 10mins.
If needing accom for a large group the private 2bdr granny flat on the property can also be booked separately on AirBnB under my hosting profile.
Designed and furnished with modern coastal furnishings by renowned interior designer Mint Interiors, all the inclusions await you. Kitchen with caesar stone bench tops, fast WiFi (>50Mbps), washing machine and dryer, ducted AC, Gozney pizza oven, Thermomix, two 65'' HD TVs, large courtyard with pontoon lights, alfresco, private yard and cubby house. Dogs welcome.
4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2.5 bathrooms and study nook. Bedroom 1 has king bed, Bedroom 2 cot and change table with option for queen sofa bed (upon request, additional charges apply), Bedroom 3 double bed and Bedroom 4 double bed.
Bedroom 2 is a versatile space and can be used as a 3rd living area with views to the escarpment or guests can convert the sofa to a queen bed.
NOTE: When booking please request use of the sofa bed if needed. Linen and bedding will then be left out for you to assemble the sofa bed when and as preferred. The cot are permanent features of the room so will remain in the space even if unused.
Fully equipped kitchen with gas stovetop, oven, Breville Touch coffee machine, soda stream, microwave and full kitchen amenities.
Outdoor space contains a fully fenced yard, alfresco, courtyard and cubby house for the kids.
Undercover parking and additional driveway parking available - 2 car spots in total.
The home can be accessed via the right SIDE porch and smart lock (code will be supplied prior to arrival).
The centre pathway between the 2 duplexes leads to a rear granny flats - 1 occupied by a permanent resident, the other may be booked by separate AirBnB guests. Side access to the yard of the 4bdr home is achieved via the centre pathway.
We will respect your privacy and will interact as preferred by you. Our cleaner may access the garage externally for supplies from time to time. We wish to ensure your stay is a pleasant and comfortable one, so don't hesitate to reach out should you have any needs or are seeking recommendations.
