Bedroom 2: 1 x King bed with AC
1st bathroom located at master bedroom (with shower& toilet)
2nd bathroom located next to front door with shower and toilet.
Spacious space living room with comfortable sofa and a smart TV .
Essentials provided including towels, shampoo & hair dryer.
Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge etc...
Iron and washing machine provided.
FREE Wi-FI within the house
** Regarding parking, there is NO allocated parking spot comes with our apartment. but we recommend you can park at nearby Wilson Parking. it's paid parking.
** Communal pool/gym/sauna room/lounge/garden/meeting room is located at Level 4
Guest Access:
Please treat the place as your home during the stay.
You are welcome to use the kitchen to make your own breakfast, the fridge to cool your drinks, and use the washing machine if you've run out of clean clothes.
Party and event are not allowed, please make sure the music kept at reasonable level, and no noise after 10pm.
Please clean your dishes and the oven after use, extra cleaning charges apply from $50 if the oven and other appliances are found uncleaned after use.
Please ensure all the lights, appliances, fans and AC are switched off when leaving.
Our team will help you with requests from 10am to 6pm, or 24 hrs in an emergency. Feel free to contact us when needed, and we'll do our best to help your to have a great stay.

*NO SMOKING*: Any evidence of smoking would incur a penalty of $500 AUD.
*PARTIES*: Please do not make loud noise, as we have close neighbours and any loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction, and loss of security deposit.
Self-Check In: The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instruction carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date.
LOSS OF KEYS: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the property, we would charge $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).
DAMAGE Deposit will be ultilised to compensate any damage or loss happens in the room caused by the guest.
Interaction with Guests:
You will receive a self-check-in instruction link one day before your check-in date. lockcode to collect keys will be sent by 3pm on your check in date.
