1st bedroomïŒ 1x King Bed with air conditioning
2nd bedroom: 1 x King bed with air conditioning and ensuite
1st full bathroom located at hallwy with shower and toilet.
2nd full bahtroom located at master bedroom with shower and toilet
Spacious space living room with comfortable sofa and a smart TV .
Essentials provided including towels, shampoo & hair dryer.
Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge etc...
Hair Dryer, Iron and washing machine provided.
FREE WIFI within the apartment
**Common facilities are located at Floor 4, and you will need to use the fob to get access
**Regarding parking, we don't have any fixed number of parking spot for your use, you can park at any empty spot which is lower than Basement 5 level.
Guest Access:
Please treat the place as your home during your stay.
You are invited to cook in the kitchen, store drinks inside the fridge and wash clothes inside the washing machine.
Please take care of your dirty dishes, and clean the microwave after use, extra cleaning charges $30 if the microwave is found uncleaned after use.
Whenever you leave the house, please ensure all the lights, appliances are switched off.
Please return the keys back to the lockbox upon checkout.

*NO SMOKING*: Any evidence of smoking would cause a penalty of 500 AUD.
*NO PARTIES*: Please do not make loud noise, as we have close neighbours and any loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction, and loss of security deposit.
Self-Check In. The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instruction carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date.
LOSS OF KEYS Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the house, we would charge $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).
DAMAGE Deposit will be taken in place if any damage or loss happens in the room.

We will send detailed house guide link one day before your arrival and lockcode to pickup keys will be sent by 3pm on your check in date.
