While the apartment is in its original condition and simply furnished, it is professionally cleaned and prepared with commercial-quality linen to ensure a high standard of comfort and hygiene.
The apartment features two bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Two single beds.
Both bedrooms and the living area are fitted with air conditioning.
There is a well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge, along with a dining area featuring a round table that comfortably seats up to five people. The living room offers a comfortable couch, a large TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, creating a relaxed space to unwind. A small balcony provides some outdoor space, and the bathroom includes a bathtub. There is a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.
The apartment can accommodate up to four guests.
Pets:

The apartment building includes a shared swimming pool. Please note the pool is not heated and, due to the leafy surroundings, may have leaves floating in it. The water is professionally cleaned on a weekly basis.
