Private Unit underneath a family Home
This apartment is very comfortable for family, friends, travellers, workers. It is self contained unit on ground floor which attach to top level of the main house. Our family live in the main house upstairs so some noise will be heard however we are quiet and respect your privacy.
No garage for guest use but there are many free off street parking in front of the house and our street is quiet street.
There are bus stop on Francis Greenway Drive 3 mins walk from this property, bus number 600,635,622,620X take you to Castle Hill Station / Castle Towers / Cherrybrook metro train station, metro train is fast to city central, walk to Cherrybrook Tech high school, Greenway park, 30mins drive to Parramatta or Rosehill Gardens Racecourse, 45 mins drive to Sydney Olympic Park or Sydney Motorsport Park.
1st bedroom: 1 queen bed and built in wardrobe
2nd bedroom: 2 queen beds and standing wardrobe
1 Sofa bed living room must be requested at the time of booking
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, plates, bowls, cutlery, crockery, cups and glasses. The combine kitchen and lounge room has smart TV, sofa, dinning table and chairs. There is full bathroom with standing shower. There is a separate laundry room with iron, iron board, washing machine and 2nd toilet, no dryer. Free WIFI. No air-conditioner, we provide portable fans during summer and portable heaters during winter. This unit is downstairs so itâs very cool, no need air-conditioner.
Check in from 3pm, early check in $50 apply if available.
Check out latest 10am or $50 fee apply. Late check out must be asked in advance as we already schedule cleaner 10am on check out date.
Check out requests: wash all dirty dishes, all rubbish to outside bins, move furniture back to same position you found it
