With intracoastal waterway views at every angle, our condo is the setting for every Jimmy Buffet vision. Fit 6 people spaciously in our brand new, modern, coastal-flare abode that will only provide relaxation and countless memories in this stunning Florida-setting. Beach access 10 min walk. Downtown 15 min drive. Embark in the daily rituals of discovering the glorious Florida sunset. Welcome to the Ultimate Intracoastal Living Experience.

Step off the porch, walk 30 steps to the pool that is overlooking pure nature. Bring your fishing gear to catch all inshore game, right out the back on the private dock, all year round. If you have a boat under 18ft, conveniently store and dock your boat on the property (Please communicate prior to your check-in that you're looking to bring a boat/jet ski with you during your stay).

Beach Access: Walk out of the neighborhood, turn left (north) on A1A, walk two streets north to Green Road, the access is on the east side of A1A. Look for white, concrete pillars at the front of the access - This beach access has availability to fit 3 vehicles only.

Boat Ramp: We have a private boat ramp on the property that is a bit older and less maintained - Perfect for kayaks, canoes, etc. There are two other ramps, Green Road Public Boat Ramp (2 mins north) and Devil's Elbow Private Ramp (5 mins south). Green Road has space for parking vehicle/trailer but gets busy, and Devil's Elbow costs $7 to use the ramp and $3 to keep your vehicle at the ramp for the day - $10/day to keep a vehicle/trailer on the property which is clean with amenities.

LOVED!!!!

Where do I start? Pretty much perfect. I first booked this as a week fill in before we could get into our condo on Butler Beach. We have stayed in this area for 3 years. I am so glad we did. Beautiful decor, Best view and loved watching all the boats on the waterway. The condo has everything you need for your stay. We like the beach which was just across the road, but, at our age not #1 of importance. I love the views. But watching the boats was a lot of fun.

Beautiful condo!

My friends and I stayed for a much needed “long weekend girls getaway”. We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and updated with modern fixtures. The photos are very accurate. I highly recommend this property to renters.

INACCURATE online listing

We thought this was a beautiful property but unfortunately the listing was very inaccurate. This created a lot of unnecessary problems between my family, the HOA and the owner of the condo. The listing stated there was parking for an 18th ft boat. This is not true. Only a kayak trailer or very small vessel would be able to fit. Once we arrived the HOA informed us that only owners were allowed to use the boat parking. The listing also stated there was a place to dock your boat once in the water. This is not true. You are only allowed to dock for 48hrs. The listing stated to bring your kayaks. We were told we couldn’t have the kayaks on the grass next to the condo. The last day we were not able to use our back porch area due to power washing and painting that had been scheduled since April. We had people taking our personal stuff off of the porch so they could power wash and paint. We did not feel welcome due to the very strict HOA policies that the owner didn’t inform us of and wasn’t following. The owner was also very rude when communicating with us. This was all very unfortunate because the condo was beautiful. The view was amazing. If you are a very small family wanting to fish off the private dock and enjoy the beach access that is very near by then this is a good condo for you.

Lovely Stay on the Bay

Property was well maintained. Probably the best unit in the entire complex. The unit has been renovated. Very clean! The communication with the property manger was excellent. Very satisfied with our stay and would recommend this property to family and friends.
