Enjoy a relaxing stay at this well-equipped, single-family home offering comfort, privacy, and outdoor living. With two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and space for up to six guests, this 1,200 sq ft retreat is ideal for families or small groups seeking a peaceful seasonal getaway. Highlights include upper and lower decks, central air conditioning, and a fully stocked kitchen.
This thoughtfully designed home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a queen-sized bed with dresser storage, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds with drawer storage. Additional sleeping accommodations allow for a maximum of one extra guest if approved.
The open living and dining area is comfortable and functional, featuring a smart TV with streaming access (Netflix available). WiFi is provided using factory network settings, which can be found on the back of the router located in the cabinet under the TV.
Outdoor spaces include both an upper and lower deck, with plenty of room for relaxing. A propane BBQ grill is available on the deck, with extra propane stored in the basement. The yard is private but not fenced.
Additional amenities include central heating and air conditioning throughout the home, plus a supplemental split-unit in the main living/kitchen area. A washer and dryer are located in the basement. A small laptop-friendly workspace with a desk and lamp is available at the top of the stairs.
The home is wheelchair accessible, suitable for children, and offers parking for up to three vehicles. Pets are permitted.
The home is located in a quiet residential area with access to a shared community dock at the end of the cul-de-sac. The dock is accessible via a walking path and is intended for shared use by the community. Water depth at the dock is suitable only for kayaks or small dinghies.
Please note that there is no direct water access from the property itself. The surrounding area is peaceful and well-suited for guests looking to relax and enjoy nature.
Notes:
- Dock access is shared community access only and suitable for kayaks or small dinghies; larger boats are not accommodated.
- There is a small, steep drop-off at the water’s edge; guests should use caution at all times.
- The walking path to the dock may be slippery, especially in wet conditions.
- Shampoo is provided; guests should bring any additional toiletries they prefer.
- Maximum occupancy is six guests, with approval for one additional guest at a fee if applicable.
IMPORTANT:
Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $25 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $300.

• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation if excessive.
• A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your reservation total in place of a security deposit. Guests remain responsible for damage exceeding coverage or resulting from negligence or rule violations.
• Pets are not allowed without prior approal and non-refundable pet rent.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
