Experience the charm of coastal Maine in this beautifully restored three-story Captain’s home, just a short walk from the heart of New Harbor and the scenic Back Cove. Offering breathtaking views of a working fishing harbor and an expansive, sloping back lawn, this home is the perfect retreat for those looking to immerse themselves in the beauty of Midcoast Maine.
The kitchen and bathrooms have been fully renovated, and a brand-new addition (completed in 2023) features a spacious family room with a step-out deck. In spring 2025, a new dock and float will be added, allowing guests to sit on the working harbor or launch a kayak or canoe.
