Parties and events are not allowed. Please ensure music is kept to a reasonable level and no noise after 10:00 pm.
Please clean your dishes and oven after use. Extra cleaning charges apply starting from $50 if the oven and other appliance are uncleaned.

If you are locked out of the property, there will be a fee of $100 to arrange for the door to be unlocked. Alternatively, you may call a local locksmith.
Damage: The deposit will be utilised to compensate any damage or loss caused by guests.
