Magnifiquement situé appartement au 12ème étage donnant sur Darling Harbour avec des vues pittoresques sur le port et l'horizon exotique de Sydney.

Cet appartement est à 50 Murray Street Pyrmont NSW 2009 et situé dans le Darling Harbour Building One au 12e étage, (anciennement Grand Mercure Appartement complexe) à côté de l'hôtel Ibis et Novatel Hôtel.

Darling Harbour est devenu premier ministre de divertissements de Sydney offrant restaurants de classe mondiale qui peuvent satisfaire tous les goûts, d'excellents magasins le long avec de nombreuses attractions célèbres qui incluent l'Aquarium de Sydney, la faune Vie Sydney, LG Imax Theatre, Powerhouse Museum, Captain Cook Cruises, National Maritime Museum, Marché aux poissons de Sydney, le marché de Paddy Famous Sydney, Madame Tussauds Wax Museum et à 5 minutes à pied de La Star Casino.

Fantastic stay

From booking this fantastic condo to leaving was a wonderful experience. It was a Great location to walk about and loved the water views from the veranda. Communication was exceptional and at the end we had a little hiccup with leaving something there and the owner was great about us going back and picking it up. If we were in Sydney again and it was available a definite number one.

Coni was excellent with a good location and super views. View wil be somewhat obstructed soon. Communication with manager when problems came up was poor.

Beautiful views and central stay. Great Hosts

I'm so glad to have found this diamond when planning our stay in Sydney after our cruise in Feb 2025. Our hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to drop our bags from the ship. It was so easy to get around and was a short ride to the Opera House and the Bay Bridge. And the views from the balcony were outstanding. The condo was well stocked and instructions for everything were at our fingertips. Definitely 5 stars. :) These Americans loved it.

Nice stay in Sydney

This was a great place overlooking Darling Harbor. We were two couples traveling and it was perfect for us. Very close to the walking bridge into downtown Sydney - we walked everywhere! There is a ferry stop close by also if preferred tho. Communication was great and the apartment was very clean with comfortable beds. And of course the balcony and views of downtown made it just awesome. Go stay!!

had the best time again at this beautiful centrally located unit. prime position for the New Years fireworks. The only thing i would have liked is a mop and bucket to mop the kitchen floor but that's the only thing, can't wait to return

Beautiful Darling Harbour Home

The place was wonderful and the balcony was phenomenal! We had a great home on our amazing Australian adventure. I would rent here again if I make it to this part of the world!! Loved this place!! Great location!

Wonderful Base for Sydney Explorations

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable with fantastic views, as shown in the listing photos. The location was perfect for our explorations of the CBD, Opera House, and Sydney Harbour whether on foot or by ferry. I like to be able to prepare meals as well as eat out, so was happy to find the kitchen appliances all worked and all the necessary utensils, plates, bowls, cups, pots and pans were in the cabinets. The host was very friendly, easy to communicate with, and got right on calling in assistance when we had trouble getting the HVAC working on arrival. As other guests have mentioned, there is a large construction project on-going just across the street. The noise from it could be a problem for some, though it is (mostly) constrained to usual working hours. I hope I'll have the opportunity to visit Sydney again and, if I do, this is where I'd want to stay.

Great location and apartment

This was a lovely apartment in a great location. The property was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Great balcony overlooking Darling Harbour, even got to see fireworks from it on Saturday. The property manager was easy to communicate with with prior and during our stay.

Good stay, excellent location!

Good stay, excellent location, excellent property, excellent property managers. The only real negative was the ongoing construction nearby (primarily the noise, not a deal breaker, but annoying at times to my wife).

Great spot to explore Sydney

Location: ideal for those who like to walk and explore their surroundings - we found everything w/in walking distance: the opera house, harbor bridge, botanical garden, China town, kings cross, rocks.. [5-12 miles a day range]. Loved being in such a walkable city and walkable location. Restaurants abound - right across the street or around town. Condo: very nice, clean and functional. Staffed front desk aids check-in and security. Construction: The Darling Harbor mall is being demolished and rebuilt. Construction starts promptly at 7 and finish by 5pm. Enjoying the patio and pool are audibly challenged. It is not very loud with the doors closed and since we were out and about it only bothered us when we tried to nap one afternoon. Overall - location overcomes the inconvenience of the construction noise.

Fantastic holiday overlooking Darling Harbour!

Thanks Donna and Bruce for our lovely stay in your beautiful apartment. A safe building, attentive concierge service, and a spacious, meticulously clean and very comfortable apartment. We enjoyed both inside the apartment and the large, private balcony from which we could take in the spectacular views. Will definitely be coming back to stay when we are again in Sydney!

Spectacular Sydney

It’s all about location! The apartment had the best view. Some construction in front of the building which made it noisy at times, but the view made up for it! Easy walk around town to all the sites. The apartment was stocked with all the necessities. We enjoyed our visit! Thank you!

Fabulous location

New Year’s Eve in Sydney was on our bucket list and what a way to celebrate it. Fireworks on Darling harbour right in front of us as well as those off the Sydney bridge which we could see from both the condo rooftop and our own balcony. The condo is lovely, as advertised, and close to everything as well as the ferry dock for travelling anywhere you want to go. We were very happy with our choice and our host.

Stunning views, perfect location

We and our family had a fantastic stay at your lovely apartment. So conveniently located close to shops, cafes and ferries. Views from apartment were unreal and the size of the patio was wonderful, so spacious. Free fireworks on Friday and Saturday nights right in front of apartment - brilliant. The photos of the apartment were extremely accurate and what you see is what you get. Pity about the shopping centre below having been demolished, as it had great shops and nightlife there. Hope they will rebuild another shopping centre. We would return to your apartment when next visiting Sydney. Thanks very much.

Great Location for ICC Conference and Tourism

We stayed in this apartment in Dec 2023 while I attended a conference at the ICC. This location is perfect for that. It's a 7-8 minute walk from the door of the apartment to the ICC and all but about 50 yards of that can be walked through a covered parking area. My wife toured Sydney while I was at the conference. There are lots of tourist attractions within walking distance and it's a great location to catch the ferry or tour bus. The apartment has a nice balcony overlooking Darling Harbour, which can be quite peaceful at times, and noisy on the weekends or when they are doing construction. The kitchen had all of the basic items we needed to cook for ourselves. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Loved our stay in Sydney!

We stayed in Sydney for a week and couldn't have been happier with this property. The flat is spacious, and has a great view of Darling Harbour and downtown Sydney. Everything we needed (including tea and coffee) was provided, and the location was a great jumping-off spot. If there is anything we would note for other travelers, it is this: (1) don't expect quick responses from the host. Donna was responsive, but don't expect to hear back to enquiries for 12-24 hours. And (2) there is a massive construction project underway on a property immediately adjacent to the building. If you're around during the day, you will not be able to relax on the deck because there is a LOT of noise from the construction work. And that's too bad, because the deck is awesome.

Excellent location

The property was exactly as advertised, check-in was smooth and the location was perfect. Great view of the harbour and the Saturday night fireworks were great. All kinds of restaurants, bars and pubs nearby. Convenient location near ferry/public transportation. Big Bus Hop On/Hop Off stop and organized tours/excursions pickups are also nearby. Would absolutely recommend and return if ever back in Sydney.

Absolutely fabulous location for a short Sydney break. Spectacular view. Buses, trains, ferries all just a few minutes walk away. Along with a myriad of bars and restaurants. The apartment is just as depicted. Extremely comfortable. Amazing hosts. Very easy to get to from airport. New shopping centre construction was not an issue. They didn’t work Sat 12 PM to Tuesday AM and when they were working, it wasn’t an issue. No negatives at all. We had a great time.
