This home is so lovely that you won't want to leave it, but when you venture out, you won't have to go far to find stunning beaches, hiking trails, golf courses and fine dining experiences. After days of exploring the central California Coast, you can relax in your special retreat and have all the comforts of home.

Living Space
As you approach this attractive single-level home you'll notice the ornate trim details, garden arbor, stained glass and French doors. Walk up the path to the stone path and Dutch front door and step into the welcoming foyer - your vacation begins here.
This home is beautifully decorated with French antiques and there are hardwood floors and tile throughout along with exposed beams on the ceilings.
The inviting living room is equipped with a TV with DVR, DVD player and a gas fireplace with Carmel stone surround.
French doors lead out to patio.
A separate office has a small writing desk as well as a twin day bed which is the perfect place to sneak away for a relaxing nap or to lounge while reading a book.

Kitchen and Dining
The well-equipped kitchen has a casual elegance and couples some rustic touches with all the modern conveniences that today's travelers expect including a dishwasher and a stainless steel gas range.
The dining room has a round glass table with seating for 4.

Outside
Revel in the detached Garden Room getaway with a gas log fireplace and two reading chairs! You will be transported to the French countryside. Nearby is a delightful petite children's playhouse that will be irresistible to young visitors.
Enjoy plenty of outdoor living space with both a patio and deck and various seating areas outside for dining or lounging.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, comfortable seating near a gas-log fireplace, French doors leading outside and an en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub combination with tile surround.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, vaulted ceilings with skylight and a comfy armchair.
The full hall bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination and custom tile work.
The home also has a half bathroom which is home to the full size side by side washer and dryer.

There are no dedicated parking spaces for this home and street parking is available on a first come, first served basis.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
