Wow this was an AMAZING place to stay! Barry was so helpful and made our stay extra special. It's in the perfect location to walk around town or right to the beach. It's even bigger inside than it looks in the photos. Very clean and couldn't say enough good things about our stay.

We have traveled quite extensively and I can say we have never received more gracious and thoughtful hospitality. Barry provides a 5 Star Concierge Level service equal to any luxury hotel or premium resort. Location is great and everything one needs is provided. We throughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Our tenth Anniversary and Birthday will be one to remember.

Wonderful little cottage

We are so glad that we rented this property. We could walk to all of the shops and restaurants, yet we were on a quiet residential street. The cottage itself is lovely, from the decor, original details, and the surrounding gardens. Barry was the perfect host who made us feel welcome and at home before, during, and after our stay.

Wonderful

Cozy, close, complete, clean. Quaint, quiet, quality. Wonderful place, wonderful town, wonderful beach.

Dear Dave, what a pleasure it's been to host you and Judy in Carmel! And thank you so much for your kind review - I love the alliteration by the way! I hope you enjoyed time with kids at the Big Sur Marathon. My twins will be spending time at camp in your home state this summer, enjoying the beauty and historic charm of the east coast. Couple retreat

We have enjoyed staying at the cottage. Barry had everything set up and ready for our stay. Very walkable to the village with shops and restaurants, and beautiful walks to the sea through the streets with beautiful homes. We would recommend staying here if you plan to visit Carmel.

Dear Steve and Debi, I'm so glad that you have enjoyed your stay in Carmel and that you got a chance to explore our little seaside village by foot. I find that simply walking through the streets and gazing at all the little cottages helps us slow down and take life at a more human pace. I hope you discovered that as well.
